Works For Me!
I’ve now taken these pills through three menstrual cycles and I’m a believer!! I have always had rough cycles and usually am knocked down for at least a day or two with fatigue, headache, & cramps. I went back to work after years of not working and was very worried about my cycles, so after looking at many reviews I decided to try these pills. I take them several days before my cycle begins, (along with calcium/magnesium, & chlorophyll tablets) and only have light cramps and headache to where a little ibuprofen is enough. I’ve always taken the magnesium & chlorophyll and still had rough cycles so I know that these pills are the catalyst. I haven’t had any adverse side effects and even my flow appears to brighter and healthier. These will be a regular staple for my “pre-game” period routine and hope that the formula doesn’t change.

Didn’t think I’d be writing a review this soon—but I had to
I’ve had period cramps for years. The kind that just wipe you out—you cancel plans, stay on the couch, try to wait it out. I’ve tried painkillers, teas, magnesium… some things helped a little, but honestly, nothing really changed anything.I started taking this about two weeks ago, and I’m actually still on my period right now—but I’m already noticing a difference. The cramps aren’t totally gone, but they’re a lot lighter. I haven’t needed any meds so far, which for me is kind of huge.I know it’s still early, but I honestly can’t remember the last time my period felt this easy. If your cramps hit hard too, this might really be worth a try. I’m already texting my girlfriends about it.

Didn’t help my cramps or bloating
I am on day 3 of this product as well as day 3 of my period. I have been taking 2 capsules twice a day and the cramps and bloating has not let up. I still have to take several ibuprofen and tylenol to try and reduce the severity. My cramps actually feel more intense than usual. This product was not very effective for me. It was a waste of money and unfortunately there are no returns for this product.
