Got My Life Back
My hot flashes were so bad I would literally feel like I was set on fire every 5 mins. I had to do something. I ordered this and waited on same day delivery by 10 pm that night. They arrived by 7pm I took 2 and slept for hours the first night something I hadn’t done in months. The following morning before I work I took 2 more and did not have hot flashes at work all day. First time in months also. Because I had taken two that morning I went to bed without taking any that night and had the worst night. All the symptoms hot flashes and sleeplessness all over again. So now I take 2 every 12 hours and I can’t even tell that I’m going thru menopause. Of course this is NOT the recommended dosage but it works for me. I never knew it could be so bad and I thought nothing would help me but this absolutely gave me my life back.

They work!!
I recommend these for perimenopause/menopause symptoms. Not only do they help reduce hot flashes but they help with inflammation, dizziness, mood/anxiety, and weight gain symptoms. I’m finishing my second bottle but I only take half the recommended dosage and only stay on them for 60 days then off for 45 days as recommended by my physician. In any case, I highly recommend

Went from waking up sweaty to not!
I’ve been taking these daily for just over a month and I went from waking up sweaty nearly every night to only having it happen twice in one month. I didn’t notice any big difference in terms of staying asleep but when I paired this with magnesium glycinate if I woke up I fell back to sleep immediately. Overall I’m super pleased with how these work. I think the taste could use some improvement but I adjusted over the month I took them and don’t find it as awful as I did when I first started.

Meh. Didn’t work for me.
Very tasty but I don’t feel any different. I think for very minimal symptoms this would work, but I’m so miserable and nothing has touched my symptoms. I do like their other products, I just feel this one didn’t do anything for me.

Hot flashes, mood and libido improvement
These work really well. They stopped my hot flashes, increased libido and seem to have evened out my mood a bit too. They taste pretty good and the texture of them is to be expected and I like that they are soft and not too chewy. I noticed the biggest change after a month of use. I take them each morning before breakfast since they taste good and I think they’re worth buying. I will keep using them.

While this product did work and help with the night sweats the taste is disgusting. Very hard time chewing them, I felt they were a gritty texture and not a good flavor.
