I bought this to rebuild skin and nerves for a nasty wound on my Achilles tendon needing plastic surgery. I read that HA will repair skin faster and helps rebuild nerves so it will heal my wound faster. It is used in wound healing by the way on bandages too. A nice side effect is it makes your skin beautiful too.You can take this night or day, no issues.

I have been taking Hyaluronic Acid for the last several years for my skin. I think it works great. People compliment me on how good my skin looks for my age (over 70). It is supposed to benefit your joints and connective tissue, too. I will buy it again. It isn’t easy to find this product in most stores, so ordering from Amazon is great.
