Works for nails
I bought these for joints as I know HA works well in horses and dogs. I don’t really have a lot of joint pain anyway so not sure if it’s the HA or not, but I feel great and the unexpected side benefit is my nails. They’re growing like crazy and not breaking. Since this is the only dietary change I’ve had, I can only attribute it to the HA.

Do you want hydrated and supple skin ?
I’ve been taking this Hyaluronic Acid supplement for about 2 months now, i bought it mainly for my aging and very dry skin. I’ve noticed my skin feels more hydrated it looks glowy overall and less dry and flaky, especially during the day. Pros would be it really made a difference on my skin versus topical creams. Cons would be it’s not an overnight miracle, my skin definitely looks a bit plumper and healthier with consistent use. Capsules are easy to take and gentle on my stomach, it doesn’t not have a bad taste or smell and easy to swallow. I’ll continue using it as part of my routine for skin health support it worth the price !! Healing my skin from within

Really like this stuff!
I’ve been taking this stuff 2x a day for probably over the past 6 months. I can definitely tell it makes my skin look and feel more plump and hydrated, and I really can see that my face is a little fuller and firmer than it was before I started taking it. That said, don’t expect miracles. It’s just a supplement, and it can take like 6 months for your body to build collagen, so don’t expect quick or dramatic results (you can help speed it along with red light therapy though, which is what I do).I also eat gelatin and take MSM, and both of these things help with joint and skin issues, but I was using them for years before I started taking this stuff (same with red light therapy – I’m always using either a rubylux bulb or an LED device). I think gelatin helps more with inflammation – like I eat it because it helps ward off inflammatory acne – plus, it’s delicious in smoothies. Ultimately, I think MSM and gelatin both probably help any acne and joint problems I have more than hyaluronic acid (and they do it quicker), but that’s just my experience (everyone’s different!). I take this stuff more because I feel like it keeps my face (which has always been narrow/skinny) from looking haggard. It makes enough of a difference that I don’t want to stop taking it.The only reason I took off a star is because I think it’s a little expensive (or maybe I just resent the fact that I feel like I have to take it 2x a day for seemingly the rest of my life) and I’m not really sure I buy that Jarrow’s proprietary “hyabest” formula actually makes it better. Last month I had to order a different (slightly cheaper) brand when Amazon was out of Jarrow’s and I haven’t noticed any difference since I switched to it. I’ll update if that changes.UPDATE: so I guess it’s not BS! I eventually had to go back to this brand after trying a different brand (think it was “double wood”). It costed less and had nearly 2x as much hyaluronic acid in it but it definitely didn’t work as well. My skin gradually became drier and I dunno if some of this was the placebo effect or what, but I swear, I also started gradually looking all haggard again, though some of this was probably due to unrelated stress (still, that other brand definitely didn’t help!). Sucks how price of this stuff has gotten even higher, but my face is finally starting to look better now that I’m taking it again.

Helps hydration in your joint as well as minimizing fine lines.
It helps with my joint aches and pains. I take 4 a day. Without it I would be hurting. Jarrow is my favorite. Other brands I have pain.

Works pretty well but don’t expect miracles
I’ve been taking these for a few weeks and I do notice my skin feels more hydrated and my joints aren’t as stiff. It’s not some overnight glow-up, but it’s a nice little boost. Super easy to take and no weird aftertaste.
