    I ourchased this as part of a Christmas gift. The book was of a good quality, but thought it was a bit smaller than expected. I should have looked at the dimensions better. Still very happy with my purchase and the gift recipient was too! It was a good proce for what you got.

    Easy start into Daily Journaling
    If you’ve ever wanted the benefits of daily journaling but feel like you simply don’t have the time, this kind of practice can be an approachable, sustainable way to bring more positivity and gratitude into your everyday life. It’s intentionally simple: a short morning section with three prompts and a nighttime reflection with two prompts. At first, the prompts can feel difficult, especially when you’re not used to identifying what made your day meaningful or what you genuinely need to feel better. But it encourages you to pause, notice your emotional landscape, and set intentions that are anchored in your current reality rather than a list of tasks. What makes this routine especially effective is how seamlessly it fits into your day. Doing the morning entries before reaching for your phone can set a calm, intentional tone, creating a moment of clarity before the day begins pulling you in multiple directions.You become more aware of the things that bring you joy, calm, pride, or gratitude. They represent an authentic form of self-care: showing up for yourself in ways that are manageable, realistic, and kind.As for the physical quality, the journal itself looks and feels great. The cover, page design, and colors are all exactly as pictured and feel thoughtfully made.Its’ functionality is what makes it a great tool for improving one’s mind set. I would recommend this journal and plan on purchasing another in the next five months.

    Mindfulness Made Easy
    This is a great mindfulness journal. It’s simplistic in its purpose so easy to use. It’s well built and the cover feels like it has cloth over the cardboard. The journal’s undated with each day having a different mindfulness or gratitude related quoted and activity. That’s in addition to the usual goal, gratitude, and motivation sections. You can also select your mood and weather for each day. It’s designed so that even a beginner can get started. I would say there are 90 days worth of mindfulness/gratitude exercises which is nice. There are 3 monthly reflections and a notes section at the end of the journal, however, I’d have appreciated the monthly reflections being at the end of each 30 day entry. Most people are not going to want to go to the end of the journal to reflect on a given month.

    Thoughtfulness
    Bound by thin, black canvas-like fabric, there are fabulous prompts within this journal. The gold foiled title pretty much sums up what is inside. Printed on 80 lbs. paper (thin cardstock), each layout consists of an agenda on one side (date, day of the week, weather on the upper left page) detailing the day’s goals, emotional state, reflecting the day’s events, inspirational quotes and further inquiries on some thoughts. On the right side page, there are tips on “staying mindful” and practices to reinforce the message for that day. [Note: there’s an entry for “mindful driving of vehicle” and that doesn’t apply to everyone] A pen loop is sewn in to keep a nice pen as is a ribbon bookmark. I like the folder on the inside back cover to tuck in notes, receipts, pictures, too. There is an elastic band to keep the journal closed, therefore, my eyes only!For someone just discovering his/herself, someone trying to re-discover what makes him/herself tick, someone needing a quiet place to reflect/work out what is bothering them and someone on a journey to psychic healing (with or without professional help). Makes a great gift to the self or others.

Helpful note: monthly reflections are at the back, followed by dotted pages and a handy pocket for notes or mementos.Quality construction: hardcover, embossed title, strong binding, sturdy elastic band, and a pen holder that actually holds up. It’s also a great portable size for travel or daily useProvides a simple to follow gentle introduction to mindfulness, making it easy to pick up for beginners.Prompts are straightforward and flexible – not at all overwhelming like other journals I’ve purchased – their open ended giving you freedom to spend as much or as little time as you want each day. You can be lighthearted, “survive work without rage quitting”, or serious, “find peace and stay centered amid the chaos”, or both.The quotes and mindfulness exercises are different each day (ranging from 2 min to 30 min). They keep things fresh, engaging, and fun.All-in-all its a beautiful tool helping me better understand what restores or drains my energy — building both self-awareness and intuition

    Great purchase to help your self care journey
    This is a good daily ritual journal. The pages are mostly the same each day and night. So it would be good to make a routine to sit down and focus on filling it out at the same time day and night. It below you to self reflect and think of the future and what you’d like for yourself. It helps to you be aware of your emotions and how you’re feeling. It helps create a more awareness of setting goals and affirming those goals. Very very great journal for anyone making an effort to dive deeper into self care and self reflection. The binding of the journal is nice and sturdy. I love the black cover with gold lettering. It looks very elegant and simple. It gives a good amount of space to write and be descriptive. Worth the price for sure.
