This little journal is just ok. It was created through a .com and has the company printed on each page like an advertisement. Even the front page of the journal is an ad for making your own “book” of some kind using their templets. It is printed and bound nicely. It is small and the spaces to write in will require a fine nib. The colors are nice. I haven’t used it enough to make a true functionality review but from the start I am a bit disappointed in the presentation. I could have made it myself using the .com

I have used many different journals and was gutted when they stopped selling my favourite one but I like this one as it has a section to write about your day and thoughts. But also have a way to track sleep, water etc so I can track my anxieties. I also like the section to write 3 things you are grateful for as even on a bad day it makes you think/look for the positives

Its a nice tracker not much in the way space but I use mine just to jot things down I need to write in detail for my other journal.Recommend if you want something easy to do give it a go
