MERACH Trainer does work.
It appears to be helping strengthen my back. I also used it for my arms. It loosens tension in your shoulders. The best way to use the item is to turn the black side of the Happy Life Restart towards the inner thigh. Do not turn toward the knees because it will hurt.

It works as shown. I use it for my arms improvising. I feel and see definition arms and legs. heart rare music is a must for me. I had problem with curve part but I moved it until I found with a grip.

Unsafe and Poorly Constructed
This product is a disaster waiting to happen. The so-called “high-strength springs” lost tension after a few uses, and the rotating mechanism often gets stuck, causing sudden jerks. The TPE material started cracking at the joints, and the overall build feels like a dollar-store toy. I’m concerned it might snap during use. Extremely dissatisfied.
