Well worth the purchase!
I was recommended to purchase this to target tender spots that I needed. I immediately felt the results! Sometimes this journey doesn’t produce tangible results of improvement, but during use I can tell it’s hitting the spots I need it to. I was surprised at how well I understood how to use it just based on the pamphlet, too. I’m really glad this was available to purchase on Amazon, and definitely don’t regret buying it! Highly recommend following through with the purchase if your PT/doctor has recommended it for you.

Incredible tool for women in pain
This is an incredible tool. I’ve been having pain in my lower back midsection for a while and just felt like I could never get a good enough stretch with physical therapy or heat therapy. I’ve tried everything. I remember having a pelvic massage years ago and remembered her saying that I had adhesions this tool literally made me wanna cry because I finally feel relief in that area just from one good massage it’s amazing that women are not taught that things could be relieved just by going in vaginally. I wish that everyone knew about this.

Works well so far. I purchased this to help with some discomfort I had been dealing with, and regular use has definitely helped reduce the tension and pressure I was feeling. Using it every other day seems to keep the relief lasting longer. I also appreciate that it comes with a simple, discreet storage case.The only downside for me is the outer material. It creates more friction than I expected as lubricant dries out, which can make it a bit uncomfortable over time. A smoother surface, such as hard plastic or glass, would likely make it easier to use and maintain comfort.Overall, it’s effective, but the material choice could be improved.

I don’t normally write reviews, but after using this wand, I had to sit down (after my legs stopped shaking) and thank the gods of pelvic floor innovation. I bought this thinking, “Okay, let’s see what the hype is about,” and for the first few minutes I thought, “Hmm, maybe I wasted my money…”And then… I found the spot.Not the G-spot, not orgasmic. This was deeper. Subtler. Like a tightly clenched, exhausted little pocket of tension that had been holding its breath for years—and finally let go. It wasn’t sexual at first. It was relief. Like my vagina was handed a warm blanket and told, “You’re safe now.”I held the wand there and just… melted. The sensation was unreal. My whole body felt lighter. Later, when I did go for pleasure? Let’s just say it was a five-star firework finale that required a protein bar afterward. 😂I never thought a tool like this could unlock something so deep and healing in my body. Every person with a vagina deserves to feel this kind of gentle release.💧Pros:– Found muscles I didn’t know existed– Released tension I didn’t know I was holding– Doubles as a pleasure tool if you’re feeling curious– Easy to clean, discreet, and surprisingly versatile🙃Cons:– I now compare everything in life to that moment of pelvic peaceFinal thoughts:This wand didn’t just touch my body—it touched my nervous system. 10/10 would recommend. won’t work for everyone, and you won’t know til you try it
I had 13+ sessions of pelvic floor physical therapy via manual release (finger-pressure internally and externally for tight pelvic muscles and resulting pain/cramping and other symptoms) before buying the wand. The manual PT helped a lot, but is super expensive and I only received a partial reimbursement from my insurance. So I bought the purple wand, hoping that I could do my own therapy at home between appointments to save money and time. AND to obviously further my treatment because each treatment builds upon the previous one.In every session, my therapist easily found my internal and external trigger points with her finger. So I assumed I would be able to find the same trigger points with the wand on my own.Nothing.I sweep and press the wand (avoiding the front/bladder area) but I barely feel anything and have to press VERY hard with the wand against the sidewalls of my vgna to even feel SOMEthing, ANYthing. (That tomato would have been smashed to a pulp.) And what I did feel, was not the same as the sensations of pain-and-release that manual therapy by the PT caused.I took the wand to my PT for guidance. In that session, she found my trigger points with her finger no problem. She uses very little pressure (gentle with the tomato) to cause a big sensation. With the wand, neither she nor I could find my trigger points or cause even a fraction of the sensation she causes with a finger. I could tell she was surprised. She hesitantly encouraged me to keep trying, however I don’t see the point. If I am not finding the trigger points with the wand, and my Doctor of Pelvic Physical Therapy also can’t find the points with the wand, then I am not getting anything out of using the wand. I will consult about the wand with another pelvic PT, but I expect to have the same lack of sensation.I also will not be returning the wand because……well, that’s obvious. I honestly don’t think this should be a returnable item, AND I don’t think Amazon employees are paid enough to deal with used medical equipment, but there’s nothing I can do about that.Pros and cons of tight pelvic muscles:Cons: pain/cramping, slow bladder flow, difficulty reaching orgsm, difficulty getting an entire BM outPros: I have never in my entire life urinated from laughing, sneezing, bending, or athletic activities.The packaging is overkill. The wand is not fragile and does not need foam protection.The wand is smooth and seems like it is made from quality materials.I appreciate the free YouTube videos from the inventor.The fabric bag is great for keeping the wand clean and discrete when taking it to PT.Would I recommend the wand? Yes. Based on the research I did before buying the wand, it seems that my case is an exception, and that others have gained relief from using it. Either way, the $40 investment is much cheaper than a $250 PT appointment.

Physiotherapist recommended for pelvic floor exercises. Helps to identify and isolate muscles. Still learning but the wand is sturdy with a very soft surface and well designed for it’s purpose.

Absolutely great product great at releasing tight pelvic floor muscles which lessens pain very useful if you suffer with hip or lower back or pelvic pain try it out it will help might not be right for everyone but I think this product is great and recommend it.
