great pelvic routine tool!
I been using the iStim V2 as part of my pelvic floor care routine and it is easier to use than I expected. The setup is straightforward and the controls feel intuitive. there no learning curve or stress involved. It is comfortable during use and discreet enough to feel confident using it at home. The stimulation feels gentle and controlled and it is not harsh or overwhelming. Over time, it helps me become more aware of my pelvic muscles and feel more confident in daily activities. I appreciate that I can go at my own pace without feeling rushed. Overall, it feels like a thoughtful, supportive tool.

Must have for postpartum period

Actually Helps A lot!
I purchased this product because I wanted to strengthen my pelvic floor. It is was weak before my two pregnancies and may have contributed to me not being able to carry to full term. Now years later, after my pregnancies, I find that I have stress incontinence. It was also confirmed that my uterus is slightly tilted. My physician suggested that I do kegel exercises. I have never been someone that frequently practices utilizing them, so I find them to be pretty weak. I would only use them if I remembered, which was too far in between for me to strengthen them at all. I had purchased another product that would teach me how to use them properly, however, the app and the machine were not always consistent and I would get tired after some time.With this product, muscle strengthening is done for you! It takes some practice learning what placement is best for your body, so read the instructions as a guide for placement and which program is best suited for your needs. I started at a low setting and went up to what my body could tolerate. The tightening of the muscle was surreal! I could not go past 50 because anything beyond that would give me a tingling sensation that was a little unbearable and almost felt like needles or burning. Also, I notice that certain times of the month you may not want to use when your cervix is low. It can cause a little discomfort if the cervix happens to touch it. I found it best to use when lying straight, legs straight (for me). You must see what works best for you.It was easy to clean and they give you cleaning instructions. The only thing I would change about the design is the wire. I would make it detachable from the probe, just as it is from the controller.!In any case, this machine is the real deal! Stress incontinence stopped after a week of use. I did a program in the morning and in the night at only up to 46-50, depending don’t the program. I have used it now for a few weeks and I can also perform Kegels on my own much better than before. I recommend this for anyone needing to strengthen their pelvic floor.

I’ve been using the V2 Kegel Trainer for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. It’s easy to use, comfortable, and the instructions are very clear. I’ve got high hopes!
I’ve only been using this item a couple weeks now but I feel as if the effects are definitely already noticeable. I was apprehensive when it first arrived bc I had no idea what I was doing but the attachable “tail?” assures me that I’ve got it positioned right. I recommend familiarizing yourself with the manual before first use, so that you’re more confident in what to do, but honestly it’s very simple. I was worried it would be painful, but I’ve been mostly comfortable thus far aside from some “work out” equivalent discomfort the first week.

If I could put 10 stars I would!
After having two kids naturally , I had a prolapsed uterus. I couldn’t sneeze, work out or even go about my day without peeing myself. I was sick of wearing panty liners. I tried MONTHS of physical therapy (yes that is a thing) and was contemplating surgery) After 2 days of using this little device, I had no more leakage! After 4 days, I noticed the prolapse was repairing itself! This is one of the best products I have ever come across. It’s a game changer and worth every penny.TIP…… I think when people are commenting that the controller doesn’t work, you need to press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn it on….also, for the ones saying that “only one side worked” I tested with fingertips and one side doesn’t work without the other. It is a similar concept to a dogs shock collar (2 prongs) you don’t get the zap or power without both metal pieces touching flesh.I hope this helps future purchasers because this product is amazing! I am so excited to not pee myself. I look forward to living my life, not having to change my diaper (panty liner) 😆

WONDERFUL
Only have used a few times but I noticed quite the difference after just 2 uses. 100% recommend!Updated Review: so I haven’t used it in awhile, and just pulled it out because I’m trying to give my man the “good good” for Christmas Eve tonight. Seemed to take extra long to start feeling the contractions (5+ mins!) And they’re not nearly as intense. Last time I used it, I only put it at 12 and it was intense! This time I’m all the way up to a 24 and hardly feel it. And I haven’t been doing any kegels or anything to strengthen my pelvic floor. Maybe the batteries have lost some juice? I don’t know. Going to try and replace them and go from there. Took 2 stars off for the inconsistency of this thing. I expect it to work flawlessly time after time for the price!

The iStim V2 works very well and is easy to use, but I noticed that the user manual lists a “Program 6,” which doesn’t actually exist. The correct setup includes Program 1 to 5 only. I contacted iStim directly to double-check, and their customer support replied very quickly with a clear explanation.Apart from that small printing mistake, the device itself is excellent — compact, well made, and effective once you find the right level and programme. I appreciate how responsive the manufacturer was when I reached out with questions.

Ich war anfangs skeptisch, aber das Gerät ist überraschend unkompliziert. Die Programme sind gut erklärt, und man merkt schnell, dass da was passiert. Ich nutze es zur Stärkung des Beckenbodens – gerade nach längeren Tagen oder wenn man merkt, dass die Kontrolle nicht mehr ganz so zuverlässig ist.Die Sonde ist angenehm, das Display übersichtlich, und die Intensität lässt sich gut anpassen. Kein Schnickschnack, sondern einfach ein Gerät, das tut, was es soll.Für mich definitiv eine sinnvolle Investition.— Alltagstauglich, ehrlich und ohne Drama.

J’aimerais d’abord parler des avantages de ce produit. Un des points forts est la durée d’utilisation prédéfinie de 30 minutes. Je l’utilise avant de dormir, et il m’arrive souvent de m’endormir sans penser à l’éteindre. De plus, ce produit utilise des piles AA et en fournit quatre, alors que l’appareil n’en nécessite que deux à la fois. Je l’ai acheté il y a un peu plus d’un mois et l’ai utilisé plus de dix fois. Jusqu’à présent, la puissance et l’intensité n’ont pas diminué. En ce qui concerne l’efficacité, pour moi, les mictions nocturnes ont diminué, et les fuites urinaires lors de rires ou d’éternuements se sont réduites, mais elles ne sont pas complètement disparues. Je dois continuer à l’utiliser et je porte toujours des protège-slips par précaution.Pour les inconvénients, je trouve que le bruit des boutons est un peu fort. Cependant, en me familiarisant avec les réglages, j’ai découvert qu’il est possible de maintenir les boutons haut et bas enfoncés pour ajuster rapidement l’intensité souhaitée, ce qui réduit le nombre de bips.Enfin, il est à noter que la sonde est assez durable. Après chaque utilisation, je la rince à l’eau claire. J’avais initialement des inquiétudes quant à sa durabilité, mais après une dizaine de nettoyages, elle n’a montré aucun signe de détérioration.
