This is my favorite journal, it lets you track your sleep, food, water intake, things you did for yourself, what went went well in your day, and it has a big space at the bottom where you can vent about whatever you want. Also, a section where you can talk about what you’re thankful for. It might cost a lot but it’s worth it.

The quality and style of this journal is wonderful. This is a journal. I will definitely buy again. I love this notebook. This is a great journal for beginner’s looking to get into journaling. It has a fairly simple layout that makes the prompts easy to follow and fill out. The book finish is beautiful and striking and the construction seems well built.I am very happy with the product.Pages are a thicker size and pen ink does not bleed through the pages, which is great.
