Good ingredients, took the whole bottle as a guy with no issues
Picked this up mainly for the bee propolis and royal jelly since both are great for immune support. The fact that it also uses KSM-66 ashwagandha (one of the better forms out there) was a nice bonus.Even though this is marketed toward women, I’m male and took the full bottle without any problems at all. No side effects, no stomach issues, nothing weird. I wasn’t after hormone balance, just general wellness and immune support, and it worked fine for that.Capsules are easy to take, and the formula feels thoughtfully put together. I’d buy it again for the hive ingredients alone.

These seem like a lot of time and energy were put into the marketing and presentation of these pills. The ingredients are all pretty good and centered around women’s health as royal jelly gives you a little estrogen and Dong Quai soothes stomache cramps. But guys can also take these as Chaste Tree regrows hair and the propolis is good for the brain. The Dong Quai reduces cramping so anyone can take that also and the estrogen is not really high enough to have an effect.The packaging and little booklet that comes with it makes it feel like a nice bottle of pills. The vitamin and nutrition content is pretty high especially for herbal supplements. So overall a nice supplement with good ingredients that are not all that common and not too high a price.

Wonderful, trustworthy brand
I love this brand! Dr. Snosnowski has been a fun brand to have in our home. My husband and I both love their supplements. Every one we’ve tried has been great. I especially love that they have a hormone balancer for women. I’m a year postpartum and I’m trying to rebalance my hormones. Women all over know how challenging that can be. However, I have to say, this stuff works and it’s something I feel good about putting in my body. The brand is legitimate, which is so important when it comes to trusting supplements. You can research them and they have their own website too. Overall, I would recommend this to a woman that wants to balance their hormones and fertility/cycle.

Interesting blend of ingredients!
This one came nicely packaged and sealed, which is always the first thing I check with supplements. (it surprising how many are not ). The capsules themselves seem easy to take- standard size. I also appreciate that the label is clear and includes dosing instructions.The ingredient list is what made me want to try it. Such an interesting blend! It has ashwagandha, magnesium, and dong qui— all things I’ve seen used pretty often in hormone balance and mood support products. This one also includes chaste berry, , royal jelly and bee propolis, which I haven’t personally tried before so I’m really hopeful for some positive effects. I also really appreciate that the label is clear and fully lists the ingredients and dosage because I do have a lot of sensitivities.The biggest concern I have is trying to figure out the sourcing of the ingredients. It’s listed as distributed by Herstat, which is mostly known for cold sore remedies. Other than saying distributed in Wyoming, I cannot find further information.Based on my experiences and how I rate things, this earns:“4 Star – Performs or is as described.. (Has some possible minor issues or considerations with things such as sourcing, value, long term reliability, lack of useful directions, etc.) “Once I’ve had a chance to actually use it for an extended period of time, I’ll try to update with more personal feedback, but for now, I’m happy with how this product arrived and how it’s formulated.

I’ve been taking this for a month now. I’ve noticed a glow from within when it comes to my skin. There’s been slight drop in my overall weight but I don’t know whether that’s because I’ve increased my walks and lifting heavy at the gym. My initial and very detailed review was rejected, and so as it took me a day to write; (and I cannot waste any more time) I’ll just say that I felt ‘a little bit more content’ whilst using this supplement.Other benefits of what the ingredients might also provide may include better skin-care, and better ‘all-round’ circulation; as some general examples.The active ingredients can support both men and women, anyway; and the ‘Dong Quai’ and ‘Chaste Berry’ which are typically considered to be predominantly for women, can have some tremendous purposes for men, as well.As I say, I’ve only felt a little more ‘content’ so-far; but it will take far longer for any other benefits to show themselves as beneficial, which may only become apparent ‘long-after’ this ‘one-month’ pot is completed. In-fact it may take three pots over three-months before everything is known; and you could get three-months worth in one pot if it was properly filled.Also Now, there are anti-caking agents in here; but they’re not particularly bad ones.I’ve used Dr. Sosnowski’s products before now, but that was a very long-time ago; and the only reason that I stopped, was because it wasn’t economically-viable to continue.I trust this product more than others; but I just cannot afford-it for longer than this ‘one-month’ trial period pot. (60-capsules at 2-capsules per-day.)If you ‘can’ afford-it; try-it for at-least one month, but give-it around 12-weeks (and then temporarily stop) to see if this is ‘specifically helping you’.
