Tasty, and can be helpful but not the cure all
Tasty and flavorful. Can be helpful but not the cure all for PMS relief. The ingredients aren’t bad but has a lot of additional that I think they could do without. The packaging is super cute and catchy. I’m 50/50 if I would reorder or not honestly.

Good flavor and texture. Hard to say if they’re more effective than taking regular daily multivitamins. Maybe slight decrease in bloating but tough to rule out placebo effect.

High quality ingredients and packaging.
These Femtastic PMS gummies from Bears with Benefits are made with great ingredients, are easy to take daily and the packaging is great. I love that they specifically made the jar dark colored to keep out light which helps keep up the quality of the gummies. The serving size being 1 gummy is great and makes it super easy to take daily. The gummies are a harder more dense type gummy that does take quite a bit of chewing to get through them. The taste is good and there’s no aftertaste. I haven’t had any negative side effects from taking these daily, but I haven’t noticed much improvement to my PMS or period issues, but as it states in the listing it does take 2-3 months to see noticeable results. Due to the price and not seeing any results I don’t know if I will be buying another jar to continue using these. If I had any noticeable results within the past few weeks I would be up to purchasing another few months to really give it a full try. As with any vitamin or supplement it does effect different people in different ways and it does take a few months usually to see any real results. As for the ingredients, the taste, the packaging and the company it’s a top notch gummy vitamin.

Cute supplemental gummies!
These are really cute in that they are actually bear shaped and they just make me happy because they are fun and light hearted. These are vegan gummies and so they are more harder of a gummy and less chewy of a gummy. The flavor is strawberry but I think it tastes a little more like a light grape flavor. I like that these only contain a few active ingredients so I do not have to worry about taking too much when combined with other supplements. Value is not as good as taking capsules but this is a really good option for people who can not swallow a pill or are looking for something to help them take their supplements easier.

but not sugar free
These are super delicious and just know that they are not sugar free. It’s a measly 2 grams of sugar but you should plan for that and be able to brush your teeth later so that gummy sugar isn’t latched on to your teeth all day/night. I can’t speak to the efficacy of these yummy gummies but I can assure you that the flavor is awesome and you’ll want more than one. I know gummies aren’t the ideal way to get the good stuff into your body but for what this is supporting, I feel like sometimes we just need a gummy to feel better about it all.
