I tried ZzzQuil Pure Zzzs +Magnesium Capsules hoping for better sleep, and overall it’s a decent, gentle option—just not super strong.The combination of magnesium and L-theanine definitely helps take the edge off at night. I felt more relaxed and a little calmer before bed, which made it easier to wind down. It’s not like traditional sleep aids that make you drowsy right away—this feels more natural, which I actually liked. I also didn’t wake up feeling groggy the next morning, which is a big plus.That said, if you’re dealing with serious insomnia, this probably won’t be enough on its own. You also need to take it consistently and give it some time to notice the full effect.Overall, it’s a good option if you want something gentle and non-habit forming to help you relax before bed—but keep your expectations realistic.

Not a good sleep aid. In my case, it induced tinnitus and had a pronounced “speedy” effect that was incredibly unpleasant. Won’t be taking it again.

Actually helps me sleep!
I’ve tried a lot of different sleep aids and these are the first ones that I feel actually help me get a good night’s sleep. I really like that these are melatonin free, so I never feel groggy. There is no taste or smell and I can usually start feeling the effects within 20-30 minutes.
