This Wireless TENS Machine is easy to useand lightweight. It uses a mild electrical stimulation (similar to shock therapy used in pain management). While I didn’t use for cramps, I did use it on my arm which has been arching and the sensation will definitely take some getting used to.If you like electric/shock stimulation this little tool will get the job done.

This device really does help with the pain
This MonthLee device comes with two angel wing gel Pads ( which are reusable) a charging cable, and a little pouch bag to keep everything stored inside. At first, when i puts this on, I was a little skeptical about it. The little electric zapping that was giving me a tingling sensation on my lower back, it kinda had me unsure on well I even trusted this lil device lol but after a few minutes I got use to the tingling sensationand then without even realizing it I ended up falling asleep while I was trying to read the instructions manual lol I put it in again last night because I was having lower back pain and I accidentally fell asleep AGAIN lol I’m not sure if this thing has a timer on it or something but I remember waking up as soon as the machine stopped and turned off and when I woke up, I pressed the button just to see if maybe it would turn back on. I wanted to know if it was the battery was dead or if it was just on a timer and I was able to turn it back on so I guess maybe he has a timer on it I don’t know but this thing is pretty amazing it puts me to sleep lol and it does help with the back pain. It’s something I didn’t expect to really actually work but it does lol I haven’t tried putting it on my lower abdominal area yet to see how well it works there but I can vouch that this device does help with the lower back pain for sure and I’m pretty sure that it help with the abdominal pain as well.
