Stress Relief Gummies
I quite like the taste. The lemon and mixed berry flavors are quite natural, not too sweet, and soft when chewed. The ingredients are also quite reassuring. The only problem is that the gummies stick together, which makes it uncomfortable to look at.

Helps me sleep and stay asleep. I pair it with melatonin, but I take this maybe an hour or so earlier. It’s a sour, kind of bitter taste, but I don’t mind. I don’t think I have anxiety, but I do think stress keeps me from sleeping through the night.

As she on as I received the bottle I tried one. The taste is a little bit citrusy with hint of sugar swetness. In 10 minutes I felt really sleepy while watching tv.

These definitely induce calm and mild drowsiness, and I quite like the flavor, but I’m not sure these are the right thing for me to use regularly. For one thing, I’d like more information about the manufacturing and testing of these, but I’ve used products with both GABA and L-theanine before, so I had some idea of what to expect. If you’re new to either or both of those and want to try them with this, you might begin with a half dose and see how you feel.Another thing that bothers me a little is that the product description says these gummies are vegan but the bottle isn’t labeled as such. It could be that these are actually “vegan friendly” by which I mean that they’re not made with animal products and/or produced in a place that doesn’t also have animal products going through its equipment. Vegan certification costs money, and I get that companies don’t want to rack up additional expenses, but I’d like the label on the bottle and the product description to align on this point.The effect was as expected. About 20 minutes after taking a full dose, I felt very relaxed. After another 10 or 15 minutes, I was sleepy. There was no change in thinking or anything like that. I certainly wouldn’t have done anything like try to drive somewhere or workout. It was simply a rising calm that helped me settle down in the evening and fall asleep a little quicker than usual. That’s all I want from a product like this. And if I wanted to take the edge off after an especially stressful day, I’d probably just use a half dose.I received these in September 2025. The expiration date is January 2027, which is ample time in which to use these.On opening the bottle, I got a powerful berry scent. It was pleasant but surprising. Fortunately, this reduced dramatically after a few days. At this point, I can smell it if I put my nose over the opening and sniff, but it’s not overpowering anymore.Taste is subjective, but these are some of the better gummies I’ve had. Most are too sugary for me. These have a bit of sweetness but are mostly tart, which is exactly what I like. If you’re not into tartness, this may challenge you. (Note that there is only one flavor in the bottle. In both photos included with this review, you can see small color variations in the gummies, but that’s all it is: color variation, not flavor variation.)I appreciate that these aren’t loaded with sugar or lots of other unnecessary ingredients and that there’s no melatonin. It’s not that I have a problem with melatonin; on the contrary, I sometimes use it when I’m having trouble sleeping. But I’ve found that a little goes a really long way for me, and most formulations contain far more than I need. Also, I don’t want to take a supplement with a whole bunch of things in it when one or two of those will do the job. This is simple, and I like simple.The texture is soft and slightly sticky when chewing. I’ve got dental work that I need to be careful of, so this was just right for me. It stuck a bit in places but didn’t linger too long, and it didn’t take too much chewing to break the gummies up.
