    Great Journal!!!!
    I bought this book for myself after going through a traumatic breakup. I was feeling lost, depressed, and hopeless. I needed something to help me heal and move on. This book was exactly what I needed. It has 90 days of writing prompts that guide you to reflect on your trauma, your emotions, your strengths, and your goals. It also has self-care tips and positive affirmations to boost your mood and confidence. I found the prompts to be very helpful and insightful. They helped me to process my feelings, challenge my negative thoughts, and focus on my growth. I also liked the space to write down my notes and track my progress. I felt like I was having a conversation with myself and a supportive friend at the same time. This book has been a lifesaver for me. It has helped me to heal from my trauma and rediscover myself. I feel more hopeful, empowered, and optimistic about the future. The price is reasonable and affordable for a 90-day journal. The cover is simple and elegant.     Writing helps with emotions.
    The questions make you think and you can keep it as a journal. This book has helped me see where pain is coming from. Highly recommend.

    Thought it was a workbook
    I was looking forward to this product as I recently went through a huge new trauma. I’m taking FMLA to help me process what my mind & body have gone through & was looking forward to this workbook; only to find out it’s just a journal. I showed by therapist who specializes in trauma and she wasn’t very impressed either. For example Day 1 of 90 the question in the journal says “Write down at least five positive things the trauma has had on your life.” I can tell you that this trauma hasn’t had very many positive outcomes lately. And I’m not sure how this is supposed to help me recover.Also on the bottom of each page it has an area of how I am feeling today, trauma level, and daily medications. For one not everyone who has suffered a truama is on daily medications & as someone who has had medical diagnoses that require daily medication I wasn’t too happy to see this.Forget the 5/5 rating this would be a 0.5 out of 5.

    Misleading cover
    This journal appears to have been copied from another best selling journal. The prompts are not thoughtful and the affirmations at the end of the book are identical to the ones found in another trauma healing journal. It would have been better if the creator created their own content instead of copying others.
