Noticeable Difference After Consistent Use
I was skeptical about taking a supplement for skin hydration, but I decided to try it after reading good reviews.I didn’t notice immediate results, but that was expected. After about one to two weeks of consistent use, I started noticing that my skin didn’t feel as dry or tight after washing my face. The improvement was subtle at first, but I could feel the difference in my daily routine. One day I even realized I had forgotten to apply moisturizer right after showering because my skin didn’t feel uncomfortable.I live in a dry climate, and this helped my skin feel more hydrated, especially during colder weather.The capsules are easy to swallow and have not caused any stomach discomfort for me. Be patient-it takes time to absorb the water
Hyaluronic acid takes its sweet time to absorb the water! I found that the best way to mix it is to sprinkle over water, cover and come back later! Don’t waste your time trying to mix it until it has absorbed the water! Then, I use it for many purposes. I add some to my water pik for my gums. I apply some to my face and add the rest to my smoothie. It is flavorless, and odorless.There is research to show that it helps with gum problems and skin health in general. So, it makes sense that it will help with the digestive tract.I don’t use fillers or Botox, and many would say I look a lot younger than I actual am, so there is another advantage. I also add it to my massage oils and lotions.

I’ve been using this for several years now. I’ve had no side effects and they are easy to take. The amount is perfect, no aftertaste and most definitely no unpleasant taste.

Good brand, good amount of HA, though low vit C (from ascorbic acid), reasonable price. I chose this one because I am well familiar and trust this brand.I wanted Hyaluronic acid to pair with my collagen supplement. If you are taking a collagen peptide supplement, you will want to also take hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. This helps it all work better, especially if focusing on skin. One can use topical products, but it will only work in the spot you put it, where as taking it internally, you are getting fully body benefits inside and out. Of course, you can do both.Typically need 120 mg, and this has nearly double as far as dose goes (250 mg). I saw this, and thought, well I can take more than I usually do, or I can take my usual amount and get double the servings, as this makes each capsule 125 mg. I have been just taking 1 capsule, but I think I will bump it to 2 capsules. I am curious.Not sure if I will experience or really see any difference as I have been taking collagen consistently for at least a decade, and some of my supplements already have hyaluronic acid and vitamin C in it. But I feel better now that I am taking an HA supplement. Now I can be very consistent with that.While this has vitamin C, it is very low, and in the form of ascorbic acid. I didnt buy this for the vitamin C as I prefer a much higher dose and in a natural form and/or liposomal form.easy to swallow small capsules. I take around the time I have my coffee with collagen powder. I will probably continue with this when it comes time to need more.

Nails are hard so Product is doing something
It’s recommended to take 3 daily but I have been taking only one perday now for a couple of months. Ive noticed my nails are now very hard. Whenmy nails first started growing they felt hard but would still break.. After twocycles like this, I am noticing my nails very hard but now not splitting. My skinlooks healthier but not sure if from these capsules as I just started using Dr. Melaxincalcium stick that I know has improved my skin.

I took a leap of faith after reading some really great reviews on the Toniiq Hyaluronic Acid Supplement reviews and I’m so glad I did! Though some reviewers stated it did not work forthem, I noticed results after a few days… the aches and pains in my joints just seemed to fade away! I continue to take two capsules every day and will not go without them. I recommendedthese supplements to several of my friends and they all have positive results with joint pain,improved skin or hair quality.

Wondering of it’s effectiveness!
Been taking now for about 6 months and waiting for it to increase the fluidity in my knees/joints. I don’t notice any difference pre dosing. I’m a man and not paying attention to whether my skin is more hydrated.I read about other products and their solubility…wondering if anything is actually making it to my joints.
