I picked up this second bottle after finishing my first one, and I’ve been using it consistently for about a month now as part of my morning routine. I usually take them with coffee before starting work, mostly to cover any gaps in my diet since I don’t always eat perfectly balanced meals.Overall, they’ve been easy to stick with. The taste is actually pleasant without being overly sweet, and I like that they include Omega 3, which I normally forget to take separately. Energy-wise, I feel more stable throughout the day, especially on busy workdays.Pros:• Includes Omega 3 (DHA/EPA), which many gummies don’t have• Contains methylfolate instead of folic acid• Good mix of vitamins (D3, B12, Zinc, etc.)• Easy to take daily, no aftertasteCons:• You need to take multiple gummies per serving• Slightly sticky texture in warmer weatherCompared to other gummy vitamins I’ve tried, this feels more complete nutritionally, especially with the added CoQ10 and Omega 3.Verdict:This is a solid option for anyone who prefers gummies but still wants a more comprehensive daily supplement without adding multiple pills.

I specifically buy these because they include CoQ10 and Omega-3, which isn’t common in most multivitamins. It saves me from having to take additional supplements. They taste great and don’t upset my stomach at all. Overall, a really convenient and high-quality multivitamin.

These are good multivitamins
I was very surprised to get this in and look at all the vitamins it has in it. I have definitely grown to like the gummy form of vitamin taking. It does make it easier to swallow. Smells great and you get a good size for the value, 120 gummies. The serving size is 6 gummies, but wow they are incredibly sweet. Like too sweet. At 6g of sugar a serving, it’s 1g of sugar a gummy, which is only 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, so per serving that’s a tablespoon of sugar. That can add up quick. Not sure about hair growth yet, as I am also taking a different supplement for hair growth. I am hoping this will help with balancing my nutrition as I’m in a region of the US where we don’t get as much sun in the winter months as it also gets cold here and have to cover up and can effect the amount I am getting naturally. Has everything a woman needs for daily nutrition, however to prevent hypervitaminosis as I take other supplements, I am only going to take 3 instead of 6. Should last me 40 days that way. Overall great product so far.
