4 Years Later: Still Bright, Accurate, and Only 1 Battery Change!
I’ve had this Renpho scale since 2022, and it is still the most reliable piece of tech in my bathroom. It’s rare for a smart device to hold up this well after daily use for nearly four years.Display & Readability:The LED display is crisp and high-quality. The brightness is perfect—it’s punchy enough to read clearly in a bright room but doesn’t blind you if you’re weighing in with the lights dimmed. The red numbers against the sleek black finish give it a really modern, clean look.Connectivity:The Bluetooth connectivity hasn’t degraded at all over time. It syncs to the app on my phone almost instantly every morning. I rely on the app to track my fitness trends, and not having to “re-pair” the device or deal with glitchy syncing is a huge win.Weight & Build:This scale has some significant weight to it. It’s not “heavy” in a bad way, but it feels sturdy and premium. It won’t slide around or tip if you step on it slightly off-center. Good scale. Download the app for the best info. You can see weight on the scale (and a few other metrics) but with the app you get details like visceral fat or muscle wt. if you are trying to lose weight, you may want this level of detail because even though you may not see much difference in weight, you may be gaining muscle and resculpting your body.Arrived quickly and easy to set up.

Te dice información muy detallada sobre grasa corporal, IMC, músculo esquelético, grasa subcutánea, grasa visceral, agua corporal, masa muscular, masa ósea, proteína, tasa metabólica y edad metabólica.He notado que si me peso varias veces seguidas puede tener un pequeño desajuste, de unos pocos gramos, pero creo que no tiene mayor importanciaLa aplicación me gustaría que fuera mejor, en la pantalla principal podrían poner un resumen de lo más importante o dejarte poner tus “favoritos” por ejemplo masa muscular y peso total.. y al entrar ver lo que tú quieras, no tener que ir pestaña por pestaña.La conectividad es por bluetooth y hasta el momento no me ha dado problemas, y conectarlo por primera vez es fácil

I am a student of accredited Human Nutrition degree and we use various professional equipment for body composition readings at the university. I have tested this scale against our very expensive bio-impedance scale and they both have pretty similar readings, which only shows that this is a good quality personal body composition scale! Obviously, there will always be differences in results from various body composition methods as the perfect method wasn’t discovered yet, except post mortem tissue analysis! So far, bio-impedance methods are highly accurate and good indicator of where you stand. This scale is very easy to use and the fact that you can connect it to your phone is pretty awesome! The value is also great, I can only recommend!
