I Actually bought for daughter, she is happy with results. She said it relieves her monthly pains and cramps. It doesn’t leason the bleeding though. She hasn’t had acne either.

Helpful hormone support
This product has been a helpful part in managing hormonal fluctuation- pms and perimenopause. Effective if taken daily but noticeable short term also. I’ve taken chaste tree berry for the past 10 years but recently added “estroven” to the mix because of perimenopause. This product on Amazon is a good value compared to most other brands.

Been searching for a natural remedy that would work for me since I was 38. (I know, yikes!)I’m nearly 51 now and this is the one tried and true natural option that eliminated heart palpitations, hot flashes, mood issues, night sweats. Hair seems to be falling out a bit less too. I love that it has ginger in it also.I’m on my second bottle of this and I love the value and that I only need to take one a day. The quality of ingredients seem to be pretty good and it works. I felt the difference in about 2 weeks and have had zero side effects.

Have been using this product for about a year off and on and have noticed pms symptoms ease significantly. Haven’t really noticed much changes but I only take it during ovulation and a bit afterwards. Heard it was the best time to take it.

Interacts with antidepressants
Be careful taking this if you are on an antidepressant. Vitamin B6 acts on serotonin and norepinephrine. It can make your meds stop working. It’s nice for those who may be having mild mood problems but because I’m already medicated I can’t take it.

Asian woman here in her 30s with period pain and so severe she can’t get off bed, after researching on XHS I found something about chasteberry and donggui works for some Chinese women so I got some and it works. This is my must have for daily life. It’s important to be able to feel pain free during moon cycle in this unforgiving world.

PMS symptoms much less
Pills are larger than I’d like, but there is no strong smell or taste. They are a good value for the money compared to other “name brand” I have tried. Overall effective… I do start them about 10 days before cycle and have noticed a good improvement in my mood, and lessening of PMS symptoms.
