If you want pills with a combination of Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc, here it is.
Here’s a neat formulation of Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc. I have no way of testing whether the formula contrains what it clams, or whether the pills will actually help improve your health. I was looking for a formula with these ingredients and the Nutricost formula fills the bill, at a reasonable cost.

Great balanced supplement. I take this before bed, and it seems to help me sleep more regularly.I have trusted this brand for a few years now, and I have no complaints about quality. Helps me relax and sleep through the night. Also, I have noticed that my fingernails grow more when I take this supplement, but that could be subjective.

I only put four stars because this is a new supplement for me and I may not enough information yet to provide a thorough review. I will try and share an update on this at a later date.The only complaint I have is that the suggested use is 3-pills daily. I wish it was only one. Easy to swallow, and this bottle provides a one month supply with the 3-pills daily. I have been put on a PPI drug for my acid reflux and it was noted that a calcium supplement was important to take because PPI’s could cause brittle bones or osteoporosis. (Pharmacist just said they cannot be taken together. At a minimum the PPI and calcium supplement need to be taken 2 hours apart. Or best suggestion would be to take the PPI in the morning and the calcium with my nightly vitamin regimen.). Magnesium helps the body absorb calcium more efficiently and the added zinc was a plus. So this is why I chose to go with this particular supplement. The price seems to be a good value and I have not had any issues with taking this supplement so far, which is roughly two weeks. There isn’t any taste, and the quality seems to be good.
