Since I cannot physically shop for the product, it is very convenient for me to purchase it online through Amazon.Both the product and Amazon satisfy my needs.I will continue to use the product, and I recommend it to anyone who takes calcium supplements, along with a good source of vitamin K-2 (MK-7) and vitamin D3 to ensure that the calcium is properly metabolized.Thank you to Nature Made and to Amazon for excellent products and excellent service.

Not the most superior calcium but is ok for now. Helps keep the nerves relaxed, muscles in good state, teeth strong.All calcium pills (I know of) can cause calcium deposits on the bones, tendons, in the heart, kidneys. Lower forms carbonate… are weak like chalk.I have not taken calcium in this form for years, but; due to temporarily living on top 3 steep flight stairs with no elevator, lot neck, spine injuries; I cannot haul milk, food, cannot eat cheese and other natural food sources of calcium, magnesium… (must keep weight down to muscle and bones in order to do daily stairs without causing more injuries). I can’t haul it. Most time is spent hauling 2… gal water daily due to our city water being undrinkable and is not good for showers.This is leading to nutrient deficiency. So; I have bought a lot of food in powder, pill… form until I can move to a better area.Retirement cant be this horrid!!!
