Good quality ingredients all in one convenient package!
This is a very convenient little kit. It is made up of 4 different supplements and I prefer it this way, rather them all being in 1 pill.I take them all except the soy isoflavones.The reason I leave this one off is because I’m uncertain about taking an estrogen mimicker, which is essentially what this is.Everything else I’m comfortable with taking and actually feel good about having it in my daily regimen.The cinnamon has a nice smell that you would expect of cinnamon. The CQ10 doesn’t have much of a taste or smell that I’ve noticed at all and the tea polyphenols kind of have a bitter flavor.As for the soy isoflavones, I couldn’t tell you, since I’ve decided to leave them off.This kit appears to be made of quality ingredients, seeing that it states that;“RevitaPlus hormone balance daily pack is made in the USA, in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities. Other than that, I haven’t really had any major changes in how I feel.Overall, I would say this is a good quality kit and I’m sure it’s probably doing more for me than I even realize.

There are many good things about this product.
Ok I will be honest. Maybe I should not have ordered this product. I am a 58 year old woman who was extremely lucky going through menopause in that everything was the same except my periods conveniently stopped. That’s it. I never had any hormonal issues that I noticed. However, I did try this product and took it for a week, and I am still taking it for the energy. There is a few things I really like. First, I really like the packaging. It’s awesome. The four pills are individually encased in these square purple packets lined with foil. They are perfectly sturdy. But do you need scissors or anything but your fingers to rip it open? No you do not. They open SO easily. But yet the foil packets definitely are quality and no light gets in and they are just perfect for a purse or travel, or just anything. The second thing I really like are the size of the capsules. They are so easy to swallow. And this is coming from someone who normally has to break capsules open and put into smoothies. So there you go. Thats my opinion of this product.

Seeing Gradual Improvements
Update:Eleven days after writing my initial review, I am now also noticing a significant decrease in the body aches that I’ve been experiencing. I can only attribute this to these supplements, because I haven’t changed anything else. I am feeling much better, so I will continue to take these supplements, and I will update this review as necessary.________________________________________For the last few months, I have been dealing with some perimenopausal symptoms such as brain fog, a loss of energy, and constant body aches.I ordered these supplements in hopes of finding some relief from my symptoms, and after a couple of weeks of taking them every day, I feel comfortable in saying that I am experiencing a gradual increase in my energy levels, which I attribute in part to the CoQ10, and I’m also sleeping much more soundly.I truly appreciate that the ingredients in these supplements are plant-based and aimed at supporting overall hormonal balance rather than offering a quick fix.The packaging is a bit much in my opinion, however, I do like the fact that the supplement doses are individually packaged, which makes it so easy for me to take them with me on-the-go first thing in the morning.I am not a fan of swallowing pills, but luckily, these go down smoothly without any aftertaste.I am looking forward to the coming weeks, and hope to continue to see improvements in my symptoms.
