I put this collagen in my coffee every morning. It dissolves well. It is almost tasteless, but to say it is completely tasteless isn’t true. The taste does not bother me. Also, this product will give you a stomach ache if you aren’t used to it. These two issues are common for most collagen products. Keeping that in mind, I would recommend this product.

My husband and I have been consuming Naked Collagen for 2 months now. We add 2 scoops to our daily smoothie. So we each consume one scoop per day. Our smoothies are just water and fruit. Quite thin and not very smoothie like. The Naked Collagen makes it creamy and thicker!We are happy with this brand of collagen. Naked with nothing added is definitely what we prefer. I have noticed my fingers nails are thicker and growing faster since starting Naked Collagen. I was definitely hoping for that result. I have always had very thin and slow growing nails that break very easily. The sensitivity was an issue for many years and now it is gone. My teeth feel smoother, and I’m 100% confident that collagen has rebuilt the enamel on my teeth. This was completely unexpected!7 Month Update: After seven months of taking one scoop a day I was feeling really down and depressed on a daily basis for a couple of months and didn’t know why. So I decided to do some research on collagen and found out that it can reduce the good chemicals in your body. Therefore, I have stopped taking this supplement. Within a few days, I was feeling happier. So if you have been taking this long-term and are feeling down or depressed on a daily basis and don’t know why, it could be the collagen affecting the good chemicals in your body. It has been about two months that I have not taken any collagen and the sensitivity in my teeth has not come back. I am quite happy about that. But what was a real bummer for me was I did not realize the good effect that it was having on my skin, as it happened very gradually over seven months. Slowly, after not taking collagen, my skin started to look very aged, as I am nearly 53 years old. So it definitely does make skin look younger and smoother. But for me, it’s not worth feeling down and depressed.

This collagen is great so far. It mixes really well with my coffee. It does have a taste, so I usually use 1/2 scoop per coffee and have two coffees. I feel like I’d be okay with a full scoop now, but I’ve become accustomed to to the taste and enjoy it in my coffee, so I just stick with 1/2 scoop per coffee. I have very dry skin and it seems to be a little more hydrated. I’ve noticed a small reduction in the few wrinkles I have. Hair seems healthier. I got it after I tore a ligament and I feel like it (and therapy) contributed to it healing a little faster. I’ve noticed a reduction in knee pain as well. I have a torn ACL that acts up sometimes and it’s been feeling great lately. Maybe a coincidence, but it feels better. My nails are typically pretty brittle and they also seem a little stronger.
