Great vitamin for a great price
The vitamins are easy to swallow and have no taste or smell. The ingredients are stated to be all sourced from food. I had no negative experience after swallowing them. I have been using them for a little over 2 weeks and feel confident in getting any missing nutrition thru them. My energy level has increased as well. So I feel this is a good product.

Best vitamin I’ve ever tried!
I am VERY happy with this product. I was skeptical at first that the claims would not be my experience, but since beginning taking the multivitamin earlier this week I can say with confidence that I feel a difference. I feel more energetic, less bloated, and I don’t know if this was something that the company set out to achieve but I feel more satisfied with my meals. I wouldn’t say it curbed my appetite, but I feel as if I am receiving all the nutrients my body needs so my brain tells me when I’ve had enough food to fulfill my daily needs. I honestly feel even better than I did when I was taking prenatal vitamins and I think it it due to the quality, whole ingredients Sapling uses. I will absolutely be continuing this regimen!

good valueeasy to swallow pills..vegetarian..& label easy to read & understand come from more natural ingredients..the rda..is not excessive..just 100% more or less on your dailyrequirements,…plus the added bonus greens& veggies on the supplement is a plus..plus..plus..for some added reason,just my personal experience,i seem to breathe better..like late at night or when i just wakeupin the morning..my nose is less congested..and feels clear..im not a general multi vitamin taker that takes this daily..but bcux of covd 19..i just want to boost my immune system,& i find it unbelievably enough,that it was easy for me to take thissupplement almost every day..

I was searching for a really good vitamin because I was taking one ((Garden of Life women’s once daily) and LOVED IT. I just needed to switch to something that had less B12 (GARDEN OF LIFE had 208% DV). This one had closer to 100% but my B12 Levels was off the charts for my last 3 blood draws. I took these for a month and noticed how strong my natural nails had become “WITHOUT Nail hardener “. A month later… THEY ARE STILL STRONG, growing and didn’t break. I am now using nail hardener. My blood was tested again and my b12 levels are now in the norm range. Both vitamins are comparable but the B12 is lower in this one which is what I needed. It also has D3 and K2 included which is really nice. I LOVE these vitamin!! The first picture was 8/18 which was 1 month after use. That is the actual picture that I took after I realized how strong my nails had become after using it for 1 month. The 2nd picture was from last night 9/8 /25 – same hand. 3rd picture is my right hand “BUT” the shorter nails didn’t have any length at all when I started these vitamins. I will update pictures of both hands in another month:-)!.

They don’t taste great but which supplement does? They’re actually better than most. The smell is bad but I am okay with them. I read people complaining about burps and depending on the day, it happens but for no longer than 5-10 min. Completely fine and does make me feel better. Love that it’s vegan and has good ingredients

The only multivitamin that’s been successful for me
My whole life I struggled to find a multivitamin that I could take without feeling sick. I tried taking them with food and without, in the morning and before bed, multiple brands. Some were more effective than others, but ultimately every brand made me sick after a couple of months. I was later diagnosed with a genetic condition that hinders my ability to break down certain chemicals; folic acid in particular. Well folic acid is in just about every multivitamin, especially for women. I needed a vitamin that had folate rather than folic acid and really needed something organic with as few additives as possible. I decided to give this one a try based on the reviews, but I was skeptical. Well I was pleasantly surprised that I could take this at any time during the day, with or without food, and never felt sick. I started slow with just one a day and switched to two a day after a month. I’ve been taking them for about 3 months now and I have so much more energy. I’ve also noticed that my nails are stronger than they’ve ever been. I just generally feel better. If you are susceptible to chemicals and additives, this might be a good option for you. As for the bad taste, burping issue that several have commented on, I’ve found a workaround for this. It does cause you to burp for the first 30 minutes after taking it, although I’ve had this issue with most pills I’ve taken. It has a rather strong odor and you can taste it when you burp. I think it might be the omega fish oil. I lay out my vitamins for the day in open air. After about 15 minutes, this significantly reduces the odor and also the bad taste. It doesn’t go away completely, but it does help me significantly.

Multivitamin for Women Daily Supplement with Whole Food Vitamins, Plant-Based and Organic Fruits by Sapling is a great product. It meets my supplement dietary needs including Iron which I really need being prone to anemia. I have had no negative reactions from taking this supplement.
