Surprisingly Great for Diarrhea + Dropped My LDL Big Time – Sugar-Free Winner!
I started taking this Metamucil Sugar-Free 4-in-1 Psyllium Fiber mainly because I deal with diarrhea more than constipation (opposite of what it’s usually advertised for). I was skeptical, but it worked amazingly well—firms things up, reduces urgency and frequency, and gives me normal, regular bowel movements without any cramping or worsening. It’s gentle, mixes okay in water (orange flavor is tolerable, not too sweet since it’s sugar-free), and I take 2 teaspoons daily.Even better bonus: after a few months of consistent use, my LDL cholesterol dropped from 110 to 58! That’s a huge win for heart health—I wasn’t expecting that, but the psyllium fiber really does trap cholesterol and help lower it (backed by studies and Metamucil’s own claims). No side effects for me, and it’s affordable in bulk.If you have diarrhea/IBS-D issues or want natural cholesterol support, this is worth trying (start low and drink plenty of water).

Does its job very well
Been using Metamucil for years. Because it is a quality product that dissolves well in water, tastes fine, and a very easy way to stay regular. Considering what it does for my system, it is a cost efficient way to get more fiber in my diet with no side effects.

Works great. I take metformin in the morning and it really irritates my stomach, especially after eating. Iykyk. This has relieved my troubles! It tastes decent so I dont feel like I have to plug my nose and choke it down and it dissolves well.

Old faithful for regularity.
I tried switching to Citrucel to see if it was better but Metamucil may fill me briefly for an hour or so but I feel it cleanses my system much better. As I get older I need a product to keep me regular and this does the job.

Don’t Get It, Unless You Want Your Life Changed!
As someone who has never been super regular, this stuff is like magic! I honestly can’t think of a product that delivers on it’s purpose more than this. I’ve been taking it for a year now, and there have been periods where I stopped taking it and then I am reminded of what a difference it makes when I go back to regularly taking it again. The difference is night and day for me.In essence it bonds to your waste and makes it almost airy and fluffy feeling yet also solid. It is like cushioning for the waste that helps it just slide out so easy. Often the waste gets delivered to the bowl so quickly and easily I think it is a tiny one, but in reality it is the the stuff legends are made of and I had no clue. I found that it also cut down on that feeling of not fully being empty that I used to get sometimes, since everything is bound together so it all comes out without as much remnants. Another added benefit is since it is a binding agent, there is way less mess to wipe which saves on toilet paper. Sometimes almost “ghost” wipes. I have found that it is also easier to flush because the consistency is much softer.As far as a drink, it mixes easily and tastes decent enough that I can drink it every day without complaint. You do need to drink it fairly fast as it does start to hydrate and become like a goopy gelatin if you let it sit over 5 minutes. This container is large and lasts a very long time, so very well worth the money.

Great value for the money and good taste
I rarely go a day without taking this after having internal hemorrhoids removed, as my doctor advised me to use this on a daily basis. I have not had any return issues. This is a bulk size, which allows you to save money. I also appreciate that it is sugar-free, which is another important thing for me.I actually really love the smell of this and the taste is great also. This is easy to mix into water and dissolves easily. Due to the texture, it does stick to your glass a little bit, so you will want to rinse and scrub with hot water after drinking the liquid.Overall, this is a great value for the money and I would highly recommend it!
