I ordered this Melatonin 3mg- Fast Acting Sleep Support and Cortisol Supplement, & the quality is excellent! It’s a natural sleep-aid that’s non-GMO, vegan friendly, doesn’t contain any artificial additives, & it’s made in the USA, giving me confidence in the ingredients list. It’s easy to use, the tablets are small in size, chewable, and don’t have a bad aftertaste, which is really nice. It has an outer safety seal which I really appreciate, there’s 50 tablets in the jar, with a suggested serving size of 1 tablet at bedtime, making it a 50 day supply. It’s fast acting, the amount of time it takes to work sometimes varies, depending on my stress level, and takes anywhere from 30-45 minutes for me to fall asleep. I find that I start to feel relaxed anywhere from 15-30 minutes after taking it, and I’m able to fall asleep within 15 minutes after. It doesn’t make me sleep hard, where I fall into a deep sleep or anything, it just calms and relaxes me where I’m able to get a restful nights sleep. I’m able to wake up feeling well-rested. I didn’t experience any headaches, feeling hung over, or stomach upset at all, which is really nice. It works really well, & I couldn’t be more pleased!
