Delicious, nutritious, made me feel healthier
I received the MegaFood Women’s Whole Body Multi Gummy Vitamins through the Vine program and have really enjoyed them so far. The taste is great not overly sugary or artificial and they’re easy to remember to take each day because they feel like a treat.I appreciate that they’re made with quality ingredients and designed specifically for women’s overall health. They’re also gentle on my stomach, which is a big plus compared to some other vitamins I’ve tried.The only downside is that they’re a bit sticky in the bottle, but it’s not a dealbreaker.Overall, a convenient and enjoyable way to get daily vitamins.

Ive takin the reg MegaFood vitamins for 55+. Thought I’d try the gummies out. Will add more later just started 1/7/2026. I never noticed till today that it says made in USA. But it’s a product of Israel 🤦 little Leary of that.So, far taste isn’t bad, hasn’t hurt my stomach, size is good and does seem to be good quality, says absorptions is better, we shaw see. a month’s worth of clean, vegetarian ingredients in tasty gummy form from a US company
I’m taking the Israel-produced MegaFood brand whole body multi for women. I love gummy supplements. I despise taking pills but I’m forced to take them daily, so I’m always appreciative of the fact that vitamins come in chewable form. I have to say these gummies in particular are really tasty, though they do taste like candy to me, or at the very least they’re like fruit snacks. The serving size is 3 gummies which contains 4g of added sugar. I feel like this wasn’t really necessary and like less could have been added, but then again it works out to only a little over 1g per gummy, so I won’t take any stars off. I would like to try them without the sugar though because maybe they just taste like fruit?This supplement’s ingredients truly do seem to support the whole body. On the label it explains magnesium citrate is more easily absorbed than magnesium oxide. The label also cautions taking the included biotin with other supplements/medication or if you’re about to undergo lab testing, which is all valuable info to have because it wasn’t common knowledge for me.This multivitamin contains iodine which isn’t always included in vitamins so I appreciate that factor. Indeed there are antioxidant berries and cherries as claimed, and the taste and texture is apparent in the gummies like natural fruit. The fruit used is non-GMO, and considering the body recognizes these vitamins as real food, it is unlikely to experience stomach upset. I experienced none, but I started out with only one gummy and slowly increased it.I appreciate that these gummies are allergen free and use natural colors – black carrot concentrate. I wish more products did so. Other ingredients include carnauba wax which coats gummies to keep them from sticking together, pectin which is a gelling gelatin alternative, and trisodium citrate which is an active functional ingredient used as an acidity regulator, stabilizer, and emulsifier. These additives are plant-based and vegan. The gummies themselves are vegetarian.One thing that perplexed me was to find that these gummies are a product of Israel. This confuses me because all of the information online about FoodState, MegaFood’s parent company, says it’s a health care products company that was founded in New Hampshire in 1973 and produces such products there, sourcing internationally. For a company that’s supposedly so transparent and genuine, why does the label say it’s a product of Israel if it’s made in the US?I still feel fairly good about taking these gummy vitamins considering all of the other straightforward information is made available by the brand in online form. They are a good value for a month’s worth of vitamins to have the peace of mind that comes along with cleaner, plant-based ingredients.

Tastes good and easy to take every day
These gummies from MegaFood have been surprisingly easy to keep up with. The flavor is fruity without being overly sweet and the texture is more of a melt in your mouth gummy instead of a tough chewy one. It makes them way easier to take first thing in the morning. They also have also no noticeable smell.The mix of vitamin C, D3, magnesium citrate, folate, biotin and zinc covers a lot without feeling overwhelming. They sit well on my stomach and I did not get any discomfort or aftertaste. I could take them before eating and feel totally fine.The bottle feels like good value since you get a full month of servings and the gummies stay separated instead of melting into one big lump. They are quick to grab, taste good, and the softer texture makes them feel more like a treat than a chore.

Good collection of womens vitamins and minerals
Got this for my teenaged daughter and she has had a pleasant experience with them. She says the taste is actually quite good and she has noticed a boost to her day after taking them for a couple weeks. The amount of vitamins is solid, but nothing special, you are getting a weak dosage of a lot of things, but nothing really stands out as getting more or equal to what you really need.Quality seems on point and they dont taste like medicine or chemicals
