Great for perimenopause & hormonal acne
Loving this stuff so far! I am 39 years old, going through perimenopause, and hormonal acne that I can’t even begin to describe how horrible it has been mentally and physically. I do tend to suffer from constipation from time to time and I eat pretty healthy, I have been going more regularly now and my hormonal swings have gotten so much better! Definitely give this a try, it has no bad taste! I only have an after photo because I gave up on giving before and after pictures, but before this photo, it was an explosion of cystic acne, puss like pimples, finally clearing up and looking 100 times better

Watch yourself lol
Great product if you’re a long term clean eater like myself . 2-3 capsules will cause more than discomfort . Think about how you eat the way I eat does what this does already . I swam in a chlorine pool for the first time I got sick felt off body off my girlfriend fine there felt off . I wanted any everything pushed out of me quickly 😂😂😂 listen it was painful like I was vomiting and ended up starting to poop blood . So basically it works really well so drink water, green tea natural juices and other grains and fibers ( if you don’t already ) like I was going so much so hard for so long I started vomiting from the constant cramping but this will last you a long time also if you’re active take in the morning because ladies and gents you want to be home okay this isn’t a one time go thing lol

Bloat Baby
I really wanted to love this supplement but holy moly, I have never been so bloated in my life. I don’t have any gut issues & am already pretty regular but I saw some reviews about the positive effects on your skin. I am always down for a little extra glow & we can all benefit from extra fiber, right? I followed the directions & started with 1 capsule, then 2 & 3. Bloating got worse the more I took & I thought that maybe I just needed to keep at it for another week & my body would get used to it but nope. My scale went up 8lbs & I literally looked 5-6 months pregnant. I tried to dial it back to 1 pill a day but I was still just as bloated & uncomfortable. I haven’t taken it in 4 days & I feel so much better & I’ve lost 6lbs of that horrific bloat baby it gave me. I have been wanting to try Bye Bye Bloat by Love Wellness but now I’m unsure… Maybe it’s possible that it would help with the bloating caused by this sparkle fiber but I don’t think I want to test that out right now.

One of the best fiber supplements I’ve had so far
I love everything about this product BUT the only thing is that I have gotten expired products. The first time I ordered through this seller, I had a month before it expired so I was able to use. I decided to give it a chance again, but item said it expired 06/23… I’m a little disappointed because this stuff has really helped my gut health and it’s an essential item in my every day life. So just a word of advice, check expiration date before use!

So…I couldn’t decide how I felt after a couple months with these. I didn’t feel the drastic difference I was hoping for and the pills are large to swallow and not the cheapest…so I thought I’d try a different product. Well, I realized how much this helped once I was off of it. I do feel a less bloated and less constipated taking 2 of these a day. Overall, I’d say these are worth it for me.
