Amazing!
Love love love. Isn’t uncomfortable. And it snatches you up!! It supports your back. And has great waist control. Its true to size. I would recommend sizing down as it is a waist trainer—i didnt but it works just fine. Full coverage and doesn’t really ride up. Its amazing you get your moneys worth.

Get this if you want to lose that belly!
Size Medium, gives support in the back, stretchable, does not roll, does not irritate the skin, and perfect for exercise and it makes you sweat in the midsection. I should of purchased a large though, however it does what it is intended to do.

Great waist trainer…GET IT! I’m very picky…and I’m pleased.
I really like this trainer. Fits great! It does accentuate my back fat 😮💨🫣but as I continue to drop this weight the rolls will minimize. Lots of sweat was produced. Great support but not too restrictive to the point where I can’t function or it takes my breath away bc it’s so tight. It provides full coverage and creates a nice shape. My body type is average at best without a lot of “curves” so this creates a nice illusion lol. There was no weird smell. Definitely purchase this one. I had a botched tummy tuck in my early 20’s which causes my upper ab area to poke out and I hate it. This smooths that area right on out! I’m 45 years old, 5’2, last weigh in was 165lbs and I got a medium. I am on the first set of hooks currently.

Promise you this thing snatches inches off immediately! I wear it with All 3 notches on the furthest one. I am 225lbs and been wearing for 8-9 hours daily the last 3 weeks. It’s comfortable so it’s easy to wear. If it’s too tight, then loosen it up, simple as that!I dont wear it when I exercise even though it has like the thermo lining, I don’t want to be sweating and sweating doesn’t mean you’re loosing weight, it means you’re sweating!🤷🏽♀️

Only works for SHORT torsos i guess
The trainer is too short. Im 5’2 and it still didn’t cover my entire torso. Seemed to have okay support, if you don’t mind the spillover of skin where the waist trainer won’t reach on your back. There is no zipper, I think the clasps will have longevity but I tried it on and didn’t like the length.

The sizing chart must be pretty accurate because I got this thinking that it wouldn’t fit but it fits perfectly. I am typically a 20-22 and XXL and I got the 3x in this and I’m glad I did. I haven’t used it while working out yet but I can already feel the thermal working just walking around the house. Happy to use this. I saw someone else mention the length and I have a longer torso too and it doesn’t go all the way down my stomach which is okay with me as it wouldn’t have fit around me if it did go down that far. Once I lose more weight I should be able to pull it down with no problem though. Great price for the quality!
