    This is the one! I am extremely picky when it comes to journals and planners…..
    This journal is amazing! I was a little hesitant because there was not a lot of reviews, and I am extremely picky about my journals.But I really love this one. It is pleasing to the eye, it makes sense how it is set up. I love the quality of the pager, it being hard cover is really nice! Very sturdy.I LOVE the different prompt pages! Very thorough to pull out information of your brain and put it on paper. There are some that don’t really apply to me, but I enjoyed filling them out anyways. I REALLY REALLY appreciate the variety in the pages and the different approaches to goal setting and how to accomplish them.I really like the follow up questions. I find that sometimes journals will be very basic and ask a question, but not ask how we are going to accomplish it.The best part for me, is that it ask where I am now, where I want to be and how I am going to get there. I love the fact that I can check in with myself and see where I am at.Highly recommend this journal!

    Thoughtful and is perfect for self development
    This is such a wonderful and thoughtful journal — it feels like a gentle companion on my self-care journey. I love that it includes monthly goals and daily reflection sheets that are non-dated, so there’s no guilt if I miss a few days; I can simply pick back up where I left off. The layout is intentional and beautifully organized, encouraging mindfulness and structure at the same time. The paper is thick and high quality, and the overall design is clean, calming, and truly inviting to use. I’m hopeful that this journal will help me stay centered and accountable as I continue to prioritize self-care.

    This has really helped me to clear my head and focus on what is important. Me.It gives me a sense of purpose to drink more and I like that you can write what I eat and focus on myself, one day at a time.The book is sturdy and the paper is of good quality.The first page focuses on things I want to achieve in the day and the second page helps me reflect at the end of the day.

    Me ha sorprendido. La calidad del papel es buena, tiene unas páginas al inicio con preguntas interesantes para reflexionar. Cada día unas páginas para hacer seguimiento de hábitos, organizar tareas y comidas tipo agenda, y páginas nocturnas con preguntas fijas y otras que van cambiando. Hay unas páginas de reflexión semanales. Dos marca páginas y pegatinas. Es justo lo que necesitaba ahora misml, una ayudita ligera para organizar mis días y mis pensamientos.
