Always been a fan of BSN, so I would recommend
Best taste, I love the grape flavor as it tastes like Fanta grape soda. It’s good for muscle recovery, getting your vitamin D intakes and so much more. I always bought from BSN since 2014 so I recommend this flavor and brand to everyone. The quality is amazing and it keeps you hydrated as well. The size doesn’t matter to me as they have a bigger tub to buy but for beginners this is the best size to start off first. As for health benefits, I would say it’s good for your kidneys, skin, hair, muscle building and etc as it has vitamin D.

Grape is the best flavor for me
This is a great supplement for all the reasons other reviewers mention. Got the grape first and I thought it was good, if a little concentrated in flavor. I like it best with some ice! Next I thought I would try the watermelon flavor so I bought the big one. Oops, turns out the watermelon is not a very concentrated flavor, and by the time I get to the bottom of the shaker I almost can’t stomach it. So from now on I’ll stick with the grape!

Love what it is and what it does, but the flavor gets weird after awhile
This product appeals to me for a number of reasons and I do like it. I love that it has no caffeine, it has a higher amount of aminos per serving compared to other brands, and it has a wide variety of flavors. It has certainly helped in my workouts without the extra unnatural jolt you get from the boosted pre-workouts. With all that said, I do really like this product.I’ve only tried the Grape flavor so far, and while I like it at first, it tastes weird after about 30 minutes or so and it’s hard to get down without force. At least that’s what I experience every time I drink it. Maybe I just need to try another flavor?

The grape one is amazing, the fruit punch is good too, but it has a bit of an aftertaste. BONUS: Mix the grape one with a la croix or any carbonated water for a diy healthy grape soda!! Delicious!!

Taste awful
I’m not one to complain or write bad reviews. I am incredibly easy to please and will eat or drink practically anything. But I just had to put my 2 cents in about this. It may be great for muscle recovery. I can’t say I’ve noticed much help. But it tastes absolutely awful. I have to force myself to to drink it till I finish it. I’ve come to the point where I mix it with my fiber in order to help with the taste. I’m definitely not buying this again. Will most likely look into un flavored from now on, just to be safe.
