Good to try before antibiotics!
I noticed my scent changed, and tbh for the worse. I got some antibiotics for a possible yeast/ph-related infection (my ph was 6.5, yikes!) but decided I’d try this first, since it sounds like it should be easier on the body than antibiotics. The doses feel like tiny .9mm bullets made of soft wax, so you shouldn’t worry too much about insertion if you can push a finger in.It was easy enough to use but becomes uncomfortable after a couple of hours (I needed to sleep on a towel, a pantyliner wasn’t enough). After the first day, I experienced some soreness/odd pains but it passed quickly.I only used it two nights and my scent returned to normal (ph is 5, not ideal but much better). I’m going to keep using it until I’m done, just to be sure the infection doesn’t come back.SO much easier on my body than antibiotics, boric acid, or other yeast-cures I’ve found.

It really works!
I’m assuming BV issues with my last evvy swab and obgyn swab.It was hurting when I went pee at the end of urination, felt like fireworks and pain radiating to my clitoris, It was very painful. Boric acid wasn’t touching it and started having vestibule pain.As soon as I popped one in the vestibule burning stopped! I took it for nine days and symptoms have reduced greatly! I highly recommend to try this product.Inserting is hard so I do have to push them up with a applicator. I have a boric acid suppositories one that works for this.Goodluck and hope this helps you too.

After understanding the product and ingredients better avoid it. it caused bleeding from dryness and irritation. the suppository acts as a laxative that pulls moisture from the vaginal tissue. you can only use this one a week. the gel says a week of treatment. it’s damaging to vaginal walls in the long term. lactic acid and glycogen are healthy but not in this form. a moisturizing gel is better like gynatrof and gynalac. also probiotics is best for bv as i’ve found out.The lactic acid maintains and encourages a low pH. But it leaks out of you like no other suppository I’ve seen before. Forget a panty liner. You’ll need a towel. I love the simplicity of the ingredients. This really is more for a refresh as if you have very bad or stubborn bacterial vaginosis, it’ll clear out your vagina so it’s VERY good for odor and the the ingredients lower the pH of the vagina and supply nutrients to the walls (glycogen) to help prevent BV. Interestingly, when I went to look for this product online it’s labeled as being for BV. There is no packaging like this being sold as odor relief. I’ve used it again a month later and I see the price has gone up $5 so i’ll respectfully wait for that to be fix d again. I got the suppositories/pessaries because there were less ingredients so it was more pure. I don’t want water or cellulose. The product is very smooth, small, and easy to insert. Will have to stock up.

burned. possible yeast infection
burned after a couple of minutes after insertion. it did not give me a yeast infection but i went to my doctor because i thought this gave me one and it didnt but she did tell me that if you’re already suffering from an infection than you are prone to getting a yeast infection with products like this because your vagina is already irritated. i havent tried this again after it burning the first time but i will update once i do to see if it was just because my BV was an extreme case.

I got the suppositories and not the gel. Haven’t seen a ton of reviews for them, so I figured I’d leave one.I have had chronic BV off and on for years and NOTHING keeps it away for long enough to feel confident and comfortable. I’ve used multiple oral antibiotics, creams, boric acid, probiotic suppositories and have regularly taken probiotics. Antibiotics help, but kill all the good bacteria and I swear every cycle I end up with BV again. S*x also throws off my balance and causes BV to resurface.I used one of these last night and I still have odor. I’m not sure if I need to do the entire package of suppositories or if I just need to do antibiotics again, but I am extremely frustrated.
