Great Gummies
Great flavor and doesn’t leave and after taste. Definitely works but it make me sleepy and also helps with sleeping. I take 2 daily every night.I’m person that barely takes medication so anything make me sleepy but may do different for others.

I been looking or Ashwaganda in order to have better sleep and less stress – i knew that this product doesn’t have the KSM -66 that is recommended for Ashwaganda in order to work better – but I got this product for:1.Value2.Reviwes3.QuantityAnd even do it doesn’t have the KSM-66 – this is the perfect product to start with Ashwaganda and see how i respond to it- i haven’t try it yet, but as soon i open it, it smelled very good and a plus that has Vitamin D and Magnesium witch helps more to relax and have a good sleep at nightOverall I will say fo not thin about it and go for it- even do as i type my review i want to get one more.Thank you

Good value
The texture of these gummies are great. They are not sticky and stuck together like some gummies. They definitely taste a little better than other Asheagandha Gummies that I’ve tried but still not a great taste. As far as effectiveness, I’m not sure. I bought them for relaxation and better sleep, but I think I had more success with magnesium. Overall, they seem to be decent quality.

Takes the Edge Off
These do take the edge off. I have them on my desk so I remember to take them, but I find that they just bring my stress levels down a few notches during a heavy work day. I know some use them at night to foster better sleep, but I don’t find they increase sleepiness during the day.

I bought this for the Vitamin D2 component. I used to take capsules/tablets but these are not strong in taste just pleasant and easy to take.
