I got the Amazon Basics Lavender Epsom Salt to make my bath time a little more peaceful, and it has really helped me take care of myself. I really like that the lavender aroma is soothing and calming without being too overwhelming.After a busy day, I normally bath for around 20 minutes. After that, my body feels more relaxed and my mind seems quieter. EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I got the Lavender and it was perfect. Not too strong and it did not irritate my sensitive skin. Hadnt used my bathtub in years because i always take a shower but my knee hurt from pushing heavy snow and working outside clearing ice after a storm so decided to try it and the next morning i woke up with no pain. Will use this more often as it is cheap enough and works great. Definitely try it – you wont be sorry!!!
