Nice
Thoughtful and unique prompts! Highly recommend over any other journal (I also love the 5 minute journal). Perfect for keeping yourself on track with a self care habit/hobby.

Super helpful.
I got this as a gift for my sister. The most helpful gift I ever bought. This journal would make such a thoughtful gift for anyone needing a little extra self-care. It’s got plenty of space for writing down thoughts and feelings. Plus, the prompts are really gentle and encouraging. I think it’s a great way to start a new habit of mindfulness. Honestly, a really lovely present idea.

Has helped with PPA
I’ve been having bad PPA, and this journal is perfect for clearing my mind everyday while my son is sleeping. Guided prompts help you focus on certain aspects of your life, and adjust things you are doing in your life.

Very good
This is a work book that makes you truly dig deeper into who you are and how to cope with day to day stress, anxiety and even gaining self love along the way. There are prompt exercises for each week to complete a full year!

Not Quite What I Expected
3 stars is for an okay journal (or maybe it’s just me).I keep starting and stopping this journal.Partly because I’m avoiding the physical wellness journaling (didn’t expect that and wasn’t looking for that- maybe, even though physical health is a part of mental wellness, the title should reflect that) and part because some questions (and the next plan of action) are too deep for me to just hurry through in a day or week (could use more space to reflect in writing even though the lines are okay and spaced nicely, more space would be a plus).I often sit with this to journal, and enjoy it, but then get stuck on a big plan of action prompt. Other times I get a bit bored with a little repetition it seems to have. So then I don’t touch it for weeks (not what I wanted or planned).I like the reading material in the front matter. The sections are labeled:Calm & ResiliencyHealthy LivingConnection & Engagement (which I don’t need and was surprised to see)Goals & PurposeI think that if it were just Calm & Resiliency and Goals & Purpose it would have flowed better for me (and with some “many” more lines for writing) I would utilize it better. But if you need all four areas of what this journal covers then this is probably for you.I just think it’s not what I expected.Oh, it is a very beautifully designed journal. Nice quality. So makes a nice gift and/or feels sturdy and holds up nicely. Pages are thick, nice quality there. Colors are very soothing .
