I usually don’t take time to write reviews. But this i have to it has been helping my pcos symptoms so much. I had bloodwork done and was vitamin D deficient and testosterone elevated. After just two weeks of taking this I have more energy I don’t feel lifeless in the morning like i used to, my skin is clearing up! I feel less bloated, it’s so noticeable the puffiness of my face went down too! I got my period finally after 4 months without one! I was just about to take Provera my doctor prescribed for the 20th to give me a period. Im excited to see the long term use of this.

This helped regulate my cycles but still trying for the pregnancy part! I didn’t really feel a difference in energy but I take two pills right after I eat in the morning and another two pills before bed.

Great for PCOS and Fertility
I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and purchased this supplement because the ingredients checked all the boxes I was looking for. In the first 6 months this supplement helped regulate my very irregular period and curbed some of the other PCOS symptoms- hair loss, fatigue, etc. I am also happy to say that this resulted in a much hoped for pregnancy. While this supplement smells and tastes pretty bad (I also find I have to take it with a meal or I feel nauseous) I couldn’t be happier with the results.

The pros- of this product is it actually gave me the energy I needed. I wasn’t feeling as sluggish or exhausted.The cons- of this product is unfortunately I had to stop taking it. I’m loosing hair & not just a little bit handfuls of hair.If I can figure out which one is causing the hair loss and purchase the other supplements that would be great.
