Okay, now that I’ve been taking these for a months I can leave an honest review. I 24 female, sometimes struggle even when ready to go! If you get my drift. These!!! Are crazy insane, they work so well, I could tell within 2 weeks of taking them consistently but of course again, a month is a better time frame. No side effects, no issues with taking them on empty stomach or random times on different days. And they’re very tasty! Plus the packaging is super cute ☺️ I am re-upping!

Caution, Slippery When Wet.
I am on the weight loss drug and i’m also on birth control, so the combination of those two together equals very dry downstairs.I have been looking for something that helps with it and I’ve been seeing these all over TikTok and Instagram so I decided, why not? What’s the worst that could happen? Nothing?These work so well!!! I have only taken them for five days but my boyfriend and I have noticed a huge (very slippery) difference in the last few days.(TMI warning ahead ⚠️) I also notice a difference with my pH balance as well. We do not use condoms so when he finishes, I go right away to get as much out as I can, then shower. With that method before, I still noticed some different scent but with these, I smell cleaner.As far as taste? These taste really good!!! It’s like those gummy lifesavers. 😋 10/10 would recommend & 10/10 will continue to repurchase.

I’ve been using these pH-balancing women’s gummies for two months now and just started my third, and I’m impressed with the results, though I’m still on the fence about making them a permanent part of my routine. First off, they taste amazing—like a fruity candy you’d actually enjoy eating, which makes taking them daily a treat rather than a chore.The real win is how they’ve made me feel “down there.” I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my vaginal health—things feel more hydrated and, well, “juicier,” which has been a game-changer for intimacy. My partner even commented on the improved, more fruit-like taste, which was a pleasant surprise for both of us! It’s been so nice to rely less on artificial lubricants, which always felt like a hassle. These gummies seem to support my body’s natural balance, and I feel more confident and comfortable as a result.The downside? The price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!Besides the fact that they taste amazing, it does what it says. It makes your down belows wetter. Sometimes I forget I took my 2 for the day and take a second 2. It doesn’t hurt to take extras, just make sure you wear panty liners if you take more than 2 on a regular basis, otherwise you may be uncomfortable in your wet panties 😉

Gynecologist’s Opinion
These gummies taste great but, I wasn’t really noticing any difference. So after almost a year of taking them, I asked my gynecologist for her opinion. She told me to quit wasting my money and that if I wanted something that actually worked (and is cheaper than Vital Source) to try Rephresh instead. If a gynecologist is saying that these gummies don’t do anything, then they probably don’t, so I’ve canceled my subscription.
