Use: I’ve been looking for a supplement that increases dopamine sensitivity. Dr. John Gray (author of Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus) recommended Vitex as a useful (and effective way) to re-sensitize the brain to lower levels of dopamine.It arrived yesterday and I immediately took one capsule, of 225mg, then another an hour or so later. Within 20 minutes, the motivation was there.It’s not a ‘GO-GO’ type of motivation, it’s more of a, “this needs to be done, so I’ll do it now and get it over with” type of motivation. Just what I was looking for. I’m interested to see how vitex improves my life in other areas.Likes: Pure Encapsulations has quality products. Sometimes I get detoured by the price (as compared to how much I get), as compared to the price (and how much I get) with other brands. But the quality is definitely there.
