Disappointing performance – too weak to be effective
does not work at all – even if you hold it against bare skin (my hand in this case), it’s nothing more than a mild vibrating thing…it does not have even remotely the amount of power and juice to trigger muscle contractions in any way…especially if you were to use it with your clothes on…

Affordable and worth a try
This kegel pad is about the size of a bicycle seat. There is a humped part that is supposed to fit into your crotch/butt area. There is a charging port on the side of it on mine, close to the small switch and charging light, which also serves as the exercise mode light. The instructions are not great, and at one point are contradictory, however, the device I received does work, at least so far. I have only had it for about three weeks. Here’s the deal for me: I have seen an Emsella chair treatment by a company advertised with the blessing of a urology practice, and the treatment costs $2,000, and insurance doesn’t pay for it. I do not know if this vibrating seat will improve my pelvic floor muscles or not, but I feel like for $40 it’s worth a try. The instructions say you will see improvement after two or three months of use. That seems realistic to me.
