Easy to take, no smell.
I purchased these to support my journey toward conception. I had noticed a shorter luteal phase and came across numerous positive reviews and research suggesting that vitex could be beneficial. I take two pills every morning on an empty stomach. These pills are easy to swallow and have neither a smell nor a taste. While I feel they are helpful, I am not entirely certain as I have yet to achieve a viable pregnancy, but I remain hopeful. The quality of these pills appears to be excellent compared to other options, and the price is quite reasonable. After taking a few weeks off from all supplements, I experienced headaches for a few days when I resumed taking these, likely because I immediately returned to the full dose instead of gradually increasing it over the week. I have not noticed any significant changes in PMS symptoms or the length of my luteal phase.

Made me experience symptoms of lactose intolerance. It made me so nervous that it was doing harm to my body rather than helping me. As soon as I stopped taking it, I felt so much better (after taking it for almost a month and feeling bad most of the time).
