The suggested serving size for adults is to take 2 capsules daily preferably with a meal. The supplement is marked with the seal for being made in a GMP facility. It is listed as being packaged and tested in the USA.The capsules are small. They appear to ve sealed good. I did not see any residue or powder on the inside of the bottle or on the capsules.

A good value for a Hyaluronic Acid supplement
I have used several different supplements by Horbäach. From my experience, I feel like their products are fairly priced, and that they take genuine care in providing quality products. This Hyaluronic Acid Supplement product is currently about $10 for a 60-day supply at 2 capsules per serving. The product is final-packaged in the USA, although it doesn’t indicate where the raw materials are sourced from, and it is manufactured and quality tested in a GMP-certified facility. The product is made of smaller-sized capsules, and is labeled as “free of: Gluten, Wheat, Soy, Milk, Lactose, Artificial Flavor, Preservatives & Non-GMO”. The product has no medicinal smell (i.e., it is totally neutral with no detectible odor) — that, and the small size of the capsules make it easy to take. They recommend that you take it (2 capsules) with a meal.Improvements: I would like to see them do is state where the raw materials for this product are sourced from — I think that can be an important consideration, depending on the product. Also, they should state on the labeling what this Hyaluronic Acid Supplement is recommended for. So I deducted one star for these points.Finally, before taking a supplement, you should consult with your health care practitioner to make sure it is safe for your current health situation and could be helpful toward your health goals.

Worth It
My friend took us out to get facials for my birthday a couple years back and the Esthie suggested taking Hyaluronic Acid internally in addition to using it topically for better hydration and overall skin health, so I tried it. I’m glad I did because now I swear by it. I’ve used several other items from Horbäach so I tried these too and I’m switching to these permanently. LOVE THEM! Best formulation out there, especially for the price.
