At first it tasted like medicine. Terrible. But now I like the flavor a lot. I take it every day but you have to take it with food. If I take it without food it gives me the runs.Sometimes I get this and the seal is open. Making the vitamins hard. Quality can sometimes be very off. I have it on a subscription. But when it’s sealed well, it’s super soft and tasty.

I feel better overall since adding them to my routine, with more steady energy and a sense that I’m giving my body what it needs. I think they’re effective and I notice when I don’t have them. The texture isn’t bad & I feel like I actually digest these.I also really value the quality of the ingredients. They’re organic, non-GMO, vegan, and free from gluten, soy, and dairy — all things I look for when choosing supplements. The fact that they include methyl B12 along with vitamins C and D3 makes them a well-rounded daily multivitamin.The vitamin content is impressive but I haven’t noticed a difference in hair growth.Considering the quality, the price feels very fair for the nutrition and peace of mind I’m getting. I’ll definitely keep these stocked — they’ve become a daily essential. I subscribe & save to help a little on cost, but I truly think they’re worth the price.

Well, this is my new favorite! I absolutely love the taste and am so happy with the ingredients. Very soft and easy to chew, I feel like I’m eating a very soft piece of fruit rather than a gummy candy. Love these vitamins!

If you can get past the terrible taste I’m sure these are great vitamins and you have to take 4 of them. The taste of vitamins is so dominate you can hardly taste berry flavor. They don’t smell good either. It’s understandable with all the vitamins that’s packed in it, I never gave it a thought.Being that this is a brand I trust for vitamins. I think next time I’ll just get the tablet, at least you only need to take one. The % is greater and it covers way more days.

Overall solid, but not perfect. I like the women-specific formula and that it’s USDA Organic. Texture could be better. They taste like Flinstone vitamins.
