Press it once more to turn it off.Temperature Increase: Press the up arrow button to increase the temperature.Temperature Decrease: Press the down arrow button to decrease the temperature. (The temperature can be set between 50° – 158°F (displayed as 10° – 70°C)Time Increase: Press the up arrow button to increase the heating time.Time Decrease: Press the down arrow button to decrease the heating time. You can set the infrared heating session for any duration between one hour and 12 hours, as desired.Time Indicator: The screen displays the time that you have set.
