Nice scale for weight loss or just staying healthy!
So far so good! App is easy to use and I have lost 15 lbs so far since i had this and gained muscle while lowering my total fat percentage! This scale is awesome! Just make sure it’s on flat surface to get the best results. My bathroom floor was slanted and changed my total weight but it’s because it must have very sensitive instruments inside. Love it!

My daughter just got diagnosed with an extremely rare syndrome and she has been loosing weight too much so the doctor said we had to keep up with her weight so I bought this and it works great. This is a good scale, but to get more than weight needs a smart device to run the app.
This is a “smart device” which means you have to have an app running on a smartphone or similar device for it to work.The app provided on Android is a bit judgmental and by that I mean, not customizable and presents information in a way that can feel shrill and noxious.Further it doesn’t have any customization option to get rid of the annoying “Perky but Insecure Woman” cartoon that greets you when you turn on the app.On the other hand, it provides a lot of detailed information. In some respects, more information than I think they can really support claiming. I saw measurement for visceral vs. subcutaneous fat, muscle differentiated from other parts of lean body mass, and of course the inevitable uselessness of the Body Mass Index, though the other measurements, if they’re not fabricated somehow, would definitely override that factor.For the developers: I know I’m fat. I have a mirror for that. I don’t need to be told repeatedly that I’m risking my life because there is absolutely nothing I can do to quickly or easily change that fact. And that’s true for a LOT of people.I’m sure there are other people who are too thin. Does your app also yell at them? Should it? Anorexia is not helped by that.The value for money is quite good. The device is very portable. So far, I like it, despite the intrusive interface that can only be accessed via a separate device.

I really like this scale. It was very easy to set up and start using right away. I just put in the batteries and connected it to my phone with Bluetooth. The app is simple and shows all my body details in a clear way. I can see my weight, body fat, and muscle, which helps me understand my progress better. The scale feels strong and looks nice in my bathroom. It gives quick and steady readings every time I step on it. I also like that it can track changes over time, so I stay motivated.
