I’m super picky about supplements – but this one is becoming a mainstay.
My Short & Quick Review: I’m generally pretty reserved when I review supplements because of the lack of regulation out there. This one surprised me and is going to become a mainstay – it dissolves in your mouth, tastes great, and I like that it’s not another giant horse pill to swallow.Here’s more of my thoughts on the VitalMuscle Dissolvable Tablets:Let me start with the obvious – these are not capsules you swallow. They’re dissolvable tablets that melt in your mouth. No water needed, no choking down a giant pill, no weird texture. The flavor is actually pleasant, like, I look forward to taking these, which is more than I can say for most of my supplement routine.The active ingredient here is TWK10, a clinically studied postbiotic strain. I did some digging on this because I don’t just take claims at face value. TWK10 (Lactiplantibacillus plantarum) was originally isolated from Taiwanese pickled cabbage . What makes it interesting is that it works through what researchers call the “gut-muscle connection” – basically supporting muscle health from the inside out through the gut .The clinical research is actually solid, and safety-wise, it’s been well tested. It has Qualified Presumption of Safety status from European authorities . Dig for yourself – I was pleasantly surprised.I received this in March 2026 and the expiration date is February 2028, which gives you about 23 months – plenty of time to use the 60-tablet bottle.At the time of this review, this was listed at $32.99 for 60 tablets, which breaks down to about 55 cents per serving. For a clinically studied postbiotic with actual human trials backing it, that’s reasonable. I spent a lot of time trying to find reasons NOT to like it… now it’s going to be part of my daily. This is good stuff.I hope this review has been helpful to you.Just FYI: I’m a real human Vine reviewer who pays income tax on the estimated value of everything I request. A great way to improve endurance, strength & reduce fatigue without exercise in 6 weeks
EZ Melts VitalMuscle Dissolvable Tablets – Supports Strength, Lean Growth, Recovery for Men & Women – Clinically Studied TWK10 Postbiotic – Gentle on the Stomach – Non-GMO & Vegan – 60 TabletsI love the fact these melt (and taste good!) so I can add this supplement to my routine without the need for my growing stack of pills so it is a great fit form me as they are easy to take. They are high quality that diffuse in your mouth quickly so that is excellent. The main ingredient is Lactiplantibacillus plantarum TWK10 which has beneficial probiotic effects, improves exercise endurance performance, regulates body composition, and mitigates aging‐related problems. This stuff really works well! Just ask the National Library of Medicine: We confirmed that the administration of 30 billion cells of heat‐killed TWK10 for 6 weeks significantly reduced physical fatigue and improved exercise endurance capacity and handgrip strength in healthy humans without specific exercise training. Furthermore, consecutive administration of heat‐killed TWK10 significantly increased overall muscle weight in the absence of exercise intervention in the human body. By administration of heat‐killed TWK10, sufficient ergogenic effects comparable to 10 times higher doses of viable or heat‐killed cells were exerted in healthy adults without specific exercise training. Therefore, heat‐killed TWK10 could be considered as a potential ergogenic aid for improving aerobic endurance performance and as a potential effective nutritional supplement for muscle gain. The EZ Melts are white and come in a bottle of 60 where serving is 1 tablet = 2 month supply which gives it a high value for money when compared to the price of other sellers. Plus, it will cover the time period to see results: 6 weeks. These melts are free from most things like dairy, gluten, soy, artificial flavors, sugar, fish, and are vegan. Also MADE IN THE USA!

Chalky but tasty
This comes as a sealed bottle with a cotton stuffer and 60 chewable tablets. The tablets do not need to be swallowed — they can be placed in your mouth and they will dissolve. They tasted sweet and slightly chalky. Despite the claim that no water is needed (and none is) I still prefer washing down any remaining grains with a cup of water. It tasted like a candy, like the ones sold in the us under the name that sounded intelligent, but which I can’t say here because it would probably violate the community guidelines.As far as effectiveness, I’ve taken it for a few days now, which included two workouts. Unfortunately, I have not seen any improvement yet, but it’s still early days so maybe after a few weeks I’ll notice a difference. For reference, the workouts targeted glutes, chest, and biceps but I didn’t notice any difference yet. There was no bad side effects, so that’s good.

Seems to be helping.
While I’ve only been using these for about 2 weeks at this point, they definitely seem to be boosting my energy and wellness.While I haven’t noticed any significant muscle growth just yet, it has only been two weeks and I doubt I would notice anything that quickly. What I do notice is a slight decrease in fatigue and a small increase in overall energy when I am at the gym working out or swimming.Even if that’s all I gain from these, that’s a huge positive. Keeping up your motivation to work out is always a difficult thing, so I’m perfectly fine if that is all these can help me with.That said, keeping positive energy and motivation to work out can quite literally lead directly to increase muscle growth. You know, since you’re actively working out more and building up your strength. So even in that sense, these live up to what they claim.Very happy I picked them up when I did, and chances are quite good that I will be getting more.
