I have paper thin nails that are constantly breaking or bending. I’ve been taking biotin for years and have not seen a noticeable difference. When I take this consistently with biotin I’ve noticed my nails definitely strengthen. They still bend a bit but they do not break as easily.

I recommend these supplements for women who are having some hair loss and are unable to use collagen powder. I am one of those people who can’t digest the powder, so I did a lot of research and found this supplement that helps your body make its own collagen. Initially, I thought they were expensive, so I tried the drops. That was a huge mistake. They are awful.These supplements are easy to swallow and worth every cent. My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so it’s probably goes to joints support 🤔
