I’ve been able to confirm this supplement works for me as: I went from 2+ to 0 UTIs a year after starting it 1.5 years ago. I switched to another brand when this one was out of stock, and within 3 weeks I had a UTI.

I LOVE this product! If you need D-Mannose and CPAC buy this!!!!!
I recommend this product because it has the D-Mannose and CPAC that my doctor recommended and that has been very effective. It also has just the right amount of probiotics, most probiotics are too much and mess up my system.But the #1 reason I recommend this brand above all others, is because it doesn’t have a bunch of other junk in it that I don’t need and probably isn’t even effective. Most supplements try to tell you their capsules contain rainbow dust and unicorn farts, but not these guys. Seriously, 5+ stars!

I have a swallowing problem so usually do drops but these capsules are easy to swallow. They have the correct amount of vitamin C that is recommended for cranberry supplements.

Mine came with mold and I took them thinking that’s how they were supposed to look. Then I looked them up and they were not supposed ti have black dots.Really would like a refund since I bought two bottles and both molded. Expiration isn’t until 2027
