BEST VIT C SUPP AVAILABLE!
Vitamin C from WHOLE FOOD sources works so well. “Ascorbic acid” vit c does nothing but give you expensive pee. I will die on this hill. If you want to boost your immune system function, use THIS and not some garbage synthetic option. It works amazingly well! Also I have a super sensitive stomach and this one is really gentle! Oh! And a great happy side effect- has also seemed to help my skin!

An all-natural form of vitamin C. Better than ascorbic acid. This is the best way to go for your C requirements in the form of a supplement. Our bodies don’t make vitamin C and we need it daily. It’s a no-brainer obvious choice. Am I right?

I recommend these for anyone who wants to get daily dose of vitamin C. They are made with real ingredients not citric acid so your body can actually absorb the nutrients from them. They work quick as well due to the natural ingredients. Also they are a great price too. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants a no B.S. vitamin C capsule.

Most vitamin C supplements, have ascorbic acid, which is difficult for the body to metabolize to utilize the vitamin C. Whereas Whole Foods vitamin C complex is made of all natural fruit high in vitamin C Superfood Blend, including Amla, Acerola Cherry, Goji, Acai, Maqui, Blueberry, Blackberry, Strawberry and Red Raspberry. I feel the positive effects of this beautiful vitamin C right away and highly recommend! Your body readily utilizes food based vitamin C for maximum vitamin C absorption, it’s a little bit more expensive than low quality ascorbic acid brands of vitamin vitamin C, (which is most of them), but why I wasted money on a vitamin C that doesn’t really do anything when this brand is so effective? I very highly recommend whole Foods vitamin C complex for you and your family!
