I took one pill the first day and the second day I went number two when I took another pill so far nothing it’s got all the good products in itself. I would buy this pill. I think my pipes are just plugged.

I take it in the middle of the night when I get up with a cup of water. Very important to take at least two hours before or after you eat so it can work like it’s supposed to.
